We had hail and wind damage and Joe did a great job working with our insurance company on the estimate, getting the job scheduled, and making sure the work crew did quality work. The roof looks great and he followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of. He even came back and fixed/caulked one little exposed nail even months after the install, so they stand behind their work. I am also retired military and our GAF rebate check came within the 6-8 weeks as promised. Overall a great experience for us.

I had an outstanding experience with Reroof America Contractors MO. The crew was hard working, did an excellent job, and did a thorough cleanup. I had been very disappointed in my previous roofers and when I had hail damage I asked the skylight company for recommendations for a roofer. I'm so happy they recommended Reroof America Contractors MO.

Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing! We received a quote from Joe for a new roof in June 2016. Joe mentioned GAF brand offered a refund of $250 towards our deductible given I was a military veteran. I stated my choice was Certain Teed and ask him to check and verify if Certain Teed would make the same offer? On two separate occasions he verbally stated Certain Teed would also give us back $250 (1/2 of our deductible) given I was a veteran. As of today 10/28/2016 no check has been received.
