Jim was very prompt and professional when it came to tuck pointing my leaky attic. I haven’t noticed seen any water coming through since he finished.

Even though I put this under roof repair, it was actually the removal of my chimney that was leaking.
Even though it would have been easier to repair the leak around the chimney, I opted for removing the chimney so I could use the inside of the chimney to run plumbing from the attic to the basement.
Jim was right on time, and knew exactly what he was doing.
This was strenuous work, as the chimney’s mortar joints were in good shape. He took the bricks off layer by layer until it was below the roof rafters. After a short break, he added new wood where needed, and shortly thereafter, it looked like he’d never even been there.
I recommend this to those who aren’t using their chimney any longer, because of having vents out the side of their home for energy efficient water heaters & furnaces.

We've had a leak in our roof for a year and half, it's been very stressful. Before we hired Jim, Repair Specialist, we had several other roofers inspect and attempt to repair our roof, but it always kept leaking. Jim was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and explained very clearly how he would fix it. Jim spent 2 hours on our roof repairing the damage causing the leak. Previous roofers claimed they repaired the leak in less than 20 minutes. Jim is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We are so grateful that our leak is finally fixed! I've used Repair Specialists(Jim) several times, not only on our primary house, but also all our rentals. He has performed work on both roofs as well as chimney flashing. Every time, Jim was able to fix the issues that we were having. The most important item to note is his dependability, of all the contractors that I use to keep the properties in order, Jim has been the most reliable.

Jim repaired two areas on my roof where the boards below the roof buckled & pushed the shingles up.
He also repaired the roof after taking an old satellite dish off the roof.
He even trimmed branches from toy tree that were scraping against the roof.
He was efficient, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing.

Jim has provided services for us a few times. He's very professional, reasonable, and reliable. We needed repairs due to wind damage from a storm. He took pictures before and after he did the repairs on our roof. He even sealed off some areas that could possibly have caused our roof to leak in the future. I needed a roofer to repair the plumber vent flashing on my roof, and thought another company was doing the work. So when the other company did not show up and did not call, I found Repair Specialist and called them. I left a message, and Jim got back to me within 4 hours. He set up an appointment for a free diagnosis and showed-up on time. He was very professional. He told me that the flashing was already installed, and that it looked like it had just been done.
