The roof on our home had been cheaply done many years ago under previous owners. It was in bad shape already, and after recent wind and hail damage exposed and exacerbated its poor condition, we needed to get it taken care of. We had a great experience with Lucas Morris and his team at Repair First Roofing. Lucas was engaged and hands-on through the entire experience. Even when we were thrown a curve ball in the process, he stayed in close touch and made sure that our situation would be handled to our satisfaction. He did his due diligence and worked directly with our insurance company and their adjuster to see to it that everything was conducted honestly and above board while ensuring that we paid as little out of pocket as possible. When it came time to do the work, the team did a very high quality job in a very short amount of time. Our new roof looks and works great, and we feel like the team worked hard on our behalf to make sure that we would be satisfied with the results. Update: We have been trying to contact Lucas/Repair First Roofing to terminate the Platinum Service Plan because we are selling the house. We have not had any response to our phone calls, emails or Facebook messaging. I also sent a letter via USPS. Shane sold to business to Lucas and while I could contact Shane, I cannot contact Lucas. I do not want any more charges for a service plan for a house I no longer own.

We found evidence of a roof leak and called Lucas on the recommendation of our realtor. One company we called wouldn't have been able to get out to our home for over a week. Lucas came out early the next day to examine our roof, taking pictures on top as well as in the crawl space under the roof. He showed us the source of the leak as well as other weak spots and sent us an estimate that night. We accepted and got it repaired the next day. That's fast, and we're grateful because we had a series of storms in the next few days that would have caused more inside damage! Lucas tries to repair instead of charging for a whole new roof if repair can fix the problem. His prices are reasonable and his service plan provides evidence for our insurance company if we need to bring them in to pay for major repair or replacement. Plus Lucas is a pleasure to work with, prompt and polite. Thanks, Lucas!
