Jaber construction did my master bathroom after they did great job I decided to do my guest bathroom. They did professional work and great price. I really recommend jaber construction for any home improvement work.

Jaber Construction repaired a hole in my ceiling caused by a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They came on time and completed the work with no issue. The ceiling looks as if it had never been damaged! I had just a small job with fixing some rotten trim around a back door and a little caulking but Nick still made me feel like it was still important. He was able to come soon after I contacted him to give an estimate. I don't know much about wood and what needs to be replaced but Nick was honest and told me what really needed to be replaced which was not nearly as much as I thought and the price was very reasonable. The work was completed just a few days later. He is very nice and professional. He also came by to follow up to make sure it was done properly as well. I will definitely be contacting him again when I am ready to get my deck built. I highly recommend this company!

After having dealt with other contractors and their lack of response, even after they came out to get the information for a quote (and failed to even develop an estimate), it was reassuring to work with somebody like Nick. I felt like the work he did was very good, he was able to start much sooner than I expected, and his charges were in line with what I would expect the job should cost, not the elevated cost that many contractors around here try to get.

After having a "not so great" experience with our master bathroom remodel, we proceeded with caution when selecting a contractor to build our home gym. It was a frustrating process that we refused to rush, and it ended up taking us months before we felt we had found "the one." We were shocked at how often we felt that we were burdening contractors to quote us for the work. Nick and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on our kitchen. We love our new countertops, backsplash, and sink! They did a great job replacing all of the rotten trim around our house and painting the entire exterior, including the deck trim. They even worked Saturday and Sunday to finish so it would be done before our patio contractor started. And the price was very reasonable.

We had a great experience using Jaber Construction to complete several projects over the past 2 years. They completely remodeled one of our bathrooms to include a tub to a shower conversion, tile work, plumbing, electrical, and painting. They also updated a second bath for us, painted the shutters, and screened our back porch.

Nick, the owner and manager, is the nicest guy you will work with and is well connected to any subcontractor the project may require. He communicates well and is extremely organized. All projects were completed efficiently and in a timely manner, and we were well informed every step of the way as to what to expect each day. Nick was present at the worksite each morning to make sure the workers had what they needed and knew all the specifics of the project. At the end of each job, Nick made sure all was completed to our satisfaction before collecting final payment.

Before the bathroom remodel, I had gotten other estimates, but did not like that some contractors gave an allowance for materials (vanity, tile, etc.). Their estimates were wishy-washy and it was hard to tell what was truly included. With Jaber Construction, we were able to purchase the bulk of the materials at the local Home Depot, and we knew exactly how much was allocated to materials vs. labor and what the job will cost at the end, which we greatly appreciated.

We finished our Master Bathroom facelift. We did not want to replace the tub nor the floor tiles. So we basically renovated the shower and backsplash. Jaber construction was selected for the job because they provided value for the reasonable price. They completed the work on time and did an amazing job. The tiling and plumbing is superb. I obtained three estimates on the remodeling of my small laundry room. First, Jaber Construction replied immediately with an estimate that was 1/2 the cost of the others. I had a price in mind knowing it was about a 6-8 hour job. Jaber’s price was reasonable and honest. The communication regarding scheduling was fast and immediate. He was in time and flexible with my work schedule. He followed up to make sure everything was perfect!! He even called my back at 9pm when I left him a message with a question. I felt so bad because I just assumed he’d respond in the morning. I can’t recommend this company strongly enough. On a side note, all of his workers/contractors were so nice, polite and friendly!!! I already have future jobs in mind for this group!!!

By the way, he took my sad little laundry room with a side by washer and moved the electric and plumbing, stacked the washer and dryer and fixed the drywall.

Overall review: Quality work, affordable, and good communication throughout

I needed some exterior repairs done, specifically to replace some rotten wood and paint afterward. Nick, the owner, gave me a reasonable estimate and his crew came out as scheduled to perform the work. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather, but Nick stayed in constant contact. The crew forgot to replace one piece of trim board, but Nick responded right away and had them out the next day to complete the project.

Jaber Construction is a company I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable contractor that does quality work.

Nick and his team are the BEST! It's so hard to find reasonably priced renovation workers in the NOVA area. But they're amazing and their work is even better. We searched forever to find someone to put up kitchen pantry shelves for us and finally came across their team and we couldn't be happier with their work!

Not only did they do a professional job at half the cost (we got quotes from other companies) but mid way through, Nick and his team let me know that our kitchen pantry walls were actually not straight. So they had to go back and cut the ends of the shelves at an angle to make them fit properly. Sounds easy but it was not and they handled it.

Will definitely be hiring Jaber Construction again!
