I hired Pure roofing to replace the gutters on my house and put on Gutter Guards (job #N1080 ). All work was done extremely well, quickly, without damage and the site was cleaned up well after the job was completed. We have had some serious storms since the job was completed and gutters worked well. They look good too. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Ahh, where shall I begin? They are a stand up honest company. They came, inspected my roof, showed where my leak was coming in at. Advised I take action as soon as possible for health reasons as this leak had caused mold to be a problem. Had mold remediation first then had new roof, new weather shield installed as other was installed wrong, instead of directing water, ice etc into my gutter, it caused it to go into my walls, ceiling, attic. They are friendly, able to work within budget parameters. I chose the lightest color shingles. It accents my home as well as reduces some summer heat. God bless them. The materials are top notch. The person scheduling my installation was patient, and followed my specific request to keep heavy trucks out of my driveway. Please give the entire company a peacock feather in their cap for their customer service is a 12 on a 0 to 10 scale!

Pure roofing did a great job on the roof, and when it looked like we had a leak they promptly came out and checked on the problem. It turned out to be unrelated to the roof but Mark and Justin still addressed the problem and offered advice on how to band aid the problem until we could get a professional to fix the issue.

The team was communicative through the job, were professional, and cleaned up everything when they left.

Billy was the only contractor who was able to provide a comprehensive solution to a cathedral roof with ventilation problems. He fixed our issues. He was flexible and practical in a situation that had a lot of unknowns in it. A pure roofing customer service representative contacted me about a hailstorm that happened almost a year ago. He said that a number of other houses in my development had hail damage from that storm, and had already been approved for repair/replacement by insurance companies. He said that Pure Roofing would examine my roof for no charge. The procedure indicated significant damage, and Pure Roofing arranged for my insurance to send someone to conduct a joint review with them. The upshot is that I a new roof was installed in one day using architectural shingles I had approved, with my insurance covering everything except my deductible. At every point I was treated with professionalism and friendliness, and the process was amazingly painless. Pure Roofing did the job in one day, and even the cleanup was perfect.

From the very beginning Pure Roofing was customer service first. Pete, my Project Consultant went out of his way to explain the process, inspect the roof, ensure I also reported any leaks, and provided temporary tarping to waterproof the roof while going through the insurance process. The rest of the staff answered any questions I had and the crew worked super fast and had the roof installed beautifully in no time at all, then left the place super clean. A week after installation, a wind storm knocked a downspout loose, and just in case it was due to the crew, promptly came out and replaced it. All in all, it was a perfect experience and I highly recommend Pure Roofing.

Nick and Gloria did a great job identifying hail damage on my roof. There was no lack of attention to detail, which carried over to the actual job. The crew came at 6 AM and finished before noon which is insanely quick. They even cleaned the gutters on my covered porch, which was not even part of the repair. Billy was onsite to make sure I was happy with the progress and result. Jennifer and Ethan helped me wrap up things up and get my warranty registered. Highly recommended.
