After four estimates from Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Wilson companies, we chose REO to replace our roof. Our decision was based on Bobby’s expert knowledge, trustworthiness, detailed quote, quality of materials, warranty and his competitive cost. Bobby took the time to answer all our questions, walk us through the process and educate us on what to expect. He actually cares. He and crew showed up on time, were professional, enjoyable to work with, paid attention to every detail and did a nice clean up job. During the work he brought me out to show me any issues and explain what they were replacing and why. At the end of the job there were no unexpected extra costs and he delivered on the estimate he originally gave us. Our new roof looks awesome, and we are confident it was done right. Great experience, outstanding result and we will give Bobby and REO our recommendation to anyone who asks about our roof.

Just had a new roof put on by Bobby O'Hare and his crew, LOVE IT!! Met with him a few weeks ago, he went over every detail and gave us several options. He is very knowledgeable in roofing and takes pride in his work. His crew showed up at 7:30 and got right to work. By 8:30 the old roof was off. Then by 2:30 they were done, cleaned up everything up like they were never here. Hand nailed every shingle with 4 nails, something other roofers don't do, at least our last roofer didn't. He stands behind his work and his guys. If anything is wrong, he makes it right. Gave us his personal cell number and if anything happens, call him. So now we have peace of mind our 50 year roof will last and stand the test of time. Thank you Bobby, job well done!!

REO did a complete shingle replacement plus needed roof repairs on my 2200 sq. ft. home in March of 2014 - high quality job start to finish in less than one week! Have had NO issues since work was completed 4 years later - getting ready to call about doing 2 more locations.
