Working with the Renz team is a great experience. Greg and Wendy Renz run a very well scheduled project and are a pleasure to deal with. Quality of construction and attention to detail is of key importance to them while still providing a great value for the services they provide. Renz Construction was who we hand selected to work on a commercial project after they passed our "interview process" with flying colors by creating a beautiful and functional kitchen workspace in our home. Their team proved to be just as great for our bigger project and we all moved forward with confidence. They were able to convert an older, outdated schoolhouse into a mid-century modern dream office space while also keeping the schoolhouse feel alive. Throughout the year plus process, we were thankful for their flexibility and collaboration. As with most remodeling projects, things came up when we opened our 1913 "can of worms" walls and needed to be changed accordingly. They worked with us by allowing for us to integrate our ideas along the way while incorporating their professional expertise and craftsmanship resulting in our "ideas" becoming an even better than imagined finish. Even the challenges made for a refreshing experience in a world of remodeling which does not happen often. Renz construction has done miscellaneous remodeling projects for us with always excellent results. Wendy and Greg are a good team who are very responsive to clients needs. They stay on schedule and keep you informed. They also make sure they take care of most matters without bothering the clients.

In a world where many contractors have a bad reputation for being unreliable, unfair and terrible communicators - Renz Construction is COMPLETELY the OPPOSITE! My first project with Renz construction was replacing the windows. Having no clue how any of this works,Greg was such a great help explaining everything, he made me feel comfortable. Then on to an even bigger project ~Remodeling of the kitchen. I can’t begin to describe how nervous I was to even start this project,but,between Greg,Wendy and the designer Becky from Zerns it went so well! My kitchen is simply BEAUTIFUL. They are honest,and kept me well informed. And I appreciate the honesty. I’m looking forward to our next project!
