I have been working with Jose on multiple projects for our new house purchase. He did a wonderful job on giving us a brand new roof, he is now fixing our deck, and I will work with him going forward with other projects as well getting our house move-in-ready. I can't say enough how great an experience I had with JRTT roofing. I called Jose (the owner) on the recommendation of a highly knowledgeable (and very particular) general contractor to come out and take a look at repairing a small porch overhang. After he enlightened me about some of the other issues with my 20+ year old roof, I ended up hiring JRTT for the repair and a full tear off.

Jose was responsive to my questions and concerns and never once pressured me. The morning of the project, I even texted him because of concerns I had, and he stated that if I was not comfortable, that he would call off his crew, some of whom were already on their way to the job.

I just got the sense that Jose actually cares about the client and strives to do the best work possible at a fair price. He was also personally involved every step of the way including performing the labor intensive overhang repair within the stated estimate.

Overall, the project turned out great. If you want your project done right and at a fair price, I highly recommend JRTT roofing.

Jose/JRTT roofing is a unicorn in today's market. He is the first contractor I have met with recently who was thorough, honest, competitively priced and timely with his quotes and responses. He is patient and takes his time explaining and answering all your questions. Even more surprisingly, he actually follows through with plans and promises he's made.

From day one, Jose was easy to work with. We got our quote quickly and decided to hire him. As we were were preparing to set a date, he made us aware of a steep upcoming price increase on his materials side and worked with us to have it done prior to it kicking in. We also needed some insulation work done that could only be accessed while the roof was off and he was flexible in working with the other contractor in regard to availability and timing. He even went above and beyond by not only making us aware of an improperly terminated plumbing vent pipe in the attic, but sent a plumber out the next day to take care of it.

We had a big job as we had three roofs and no decking, which means tons of waste. The materials, dumpster and more importantly the crew showed up on time day 1 and worked non-stop until dark and then finished everything off in just a few hours on day 2. They left the whole space clean the first night and then of course again on the second day. They finished the work in half the time and at a better price than most other companies we met with estimated. They were quick, conscientious, clean and trustworthy. Would and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Jose and his crew initially were hired to repair our soffit, fascia and install gutter guards. Nearing completion of the project, Jose unexpectedly noticed some roofing issues that were causing problems and would continue to worsen down the road. Thus, necessitating a roof replacement. Jose presented options, recommendations and his availability, which was next day. We selected a color and JRTT was out here the next day and completed the work same day.

Not only did Jose and his crew provide efficient and quality work, it looks great! The errors from the previous roofer (years ago and before we moved in) were rectified along with making additional improvements for years to come. JRTT roofing installed a skylight for me after my old one developed a leak in early December They were prompt, thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty. They finished my job earlier than promised because of impending cold and snow. And just as importantly as the high quality of their work, they were the lowest bidder on my project. JRTT Roofing took the time to explain the project and then was is reasonable, reliable and responsive when it came time to execute the work. Even when weather delays pushed the timeline back a bit (one week) the crew came on a Saturday to do our roof and the delay was communicated in advance so we were informed all along the way. JRTT Roofing did a superior job on replacing my roof. They did a complete tear off of the old shingles, replaced rotted boards that was needing replacement, and re-shingled the house and garage efficiently, and with very superior quality. Jose is very professional, friendly, responsive, and trustworthy. The crew is very hard working, considerate, and friendly. They started and finished within one workday, including complete cleanup. When they left at 3:30pm (started at 6:30am) I could not even tell that had been there. Also, no damage to lawn, flowers, plants, or shrubs. My experience with Jose and JRTT Roofing has been nothing but positive. Oh, and I need to add that JRTT Roofing’s price was significantly less than the next lowest quote I received.

After a hail storm, had our roof done by JRTT. Had a black asphalt shingle roof as well as metal roof installed. Super professional installation. While they worked long, long hours, I appreciated that it was done in one day to minimize impact to our homelife and dogs.

They handled everything, including moving all our patio furniture. Cleaned up immaculately, which I was worried about with kids and dogs. Provided everything I needed for insurance.
