At the end of each work day, the team provided a thorough cleaning of my property. I found a total of only two nails and zero debris around the perimeter of my house. That is unheard of cleanliness for a roofing project! I can not recommend this team enough.

Renu Renovations impressed us from quote to project cleanup! When bidding the project, we noticed Rudy's eye for detail. He highlighted which fittings he would order & install to replace our aged bathroom fan, range vent, and exhaust pipe fittings. Rudy also highlighted how he could improve ventilation to ensure fresh air circulates through our attic multiples times every hour. In addition to Rudy's detail-oriented nature, we were impressed by the quality of the Malarkey polymer asphalt singles he installs. Throughout installation, Rudy/team were professional, communicative, and courteous. They cleaned up each evening, and at the end of the project there no residual nails/debris in our yard. Within one (1) business day of project completion, we received our Malarkey warranty confirmation via email. We are thankful to have worked with Renu Renovations, because they live up to their motto of "quality leaves no regrets!" Our Malarkey roof looks great, our attic is significantly cooler thanks to proper ventilation, our homeowner's insurance decreased, and we gladly recommend Rudy & Renu Rennovations to friends/family in the Fairmont, Shinnston, Bridgeport, Clarksburg & greater Harrison County area.

The pictures say it all. This roof is a gambrel, with roof windows and a dormer. I knew when I watched Rudy taking the measurements that he was the man for this job. He recommended replacing the firebrick chimney with a stainless steel one and tied it beautifully into the existing stainless steel chimney liner. He worked meticulously and when he left everything was left in perfect order.

Rudy is an expert at what he does. Excellent quality work at reasonable price. Good crew. Honest and straightforward. He did 2 roofs for me, one for my son, and one for my neighbor. All completely satisfied.

RENU Renovations did an excellent job replacing our roof. They reasonably quoted us in a timely manner, and were able to complete the job within a short amount of time. They came when they said they would come, and were pleasant workers to have at our house. To top it off, they gave us a quality roof that no longer leaks.

RENU built a roof over our deck and added stairs off it to the back yard. It blends perfectly with the rest of the house. They were very professional and great craftsmen. We would highly recommend them.

I own some properties and one of my rentals needed a new roof. I was given the name RENU Renovations from a friend and quickly contacted them as I knew their schedules fill up quick. I spoke with Rudy and was thinking it will probably take about a few days or so for someone to stop by and have a look at the roof. Rudy was able to stop by at my property that very afternoon and give me a detailed and descriptive estimate of what a new roof installation would look like. We decided to accepted the estimate and to get put on their schedule. When the roof installation started we had an absolute wonderful experience from start to finish. My tenants couldn't stop telling me how professional, on time and hard working the whole team was every day while they were installing the roof. Rudy and his team is absolutely wonderful and I will continue to use them on future projects and will recommend them to everyone.

Just as I was preparing to go out of town for a week on a much-needed vacation, my roof decided that this was the perfect moment to leak. I had about 2 days before I would be gone for a week. A friend recommended I call Rudy with RENU Renovations. I called, thinking there was no way he would be able to come by on such short notice. Not only did he come by on short notice, he came by that very afternoon. He did some quick repairs, hoping this would fix the issue, but warned that he could not locate the exact location of the leak, so I’d need to keep an eye on it. So, I went on vacation with fingers crossed and toes in the sand. Unfortunately, the leak did return. On the bright side, it waited until I got back from vacation. I quickly signed the estimate Rudy provided me with on his first visit and lucked out that he and his crew had an opening within about 3 weeks. They completed the job in just 2 days. They re-installed my gutter guards and cleaned up the area so well I could hardly tell they’d been there. They crew were professional and friendly. Rudy is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. In a time where its hard to find anyone with customer-service skills, RENU Renovations exceeded my expectations. I will certainly work with them again!
