Zach and Ryan were great to work with. They were quick to get insurance rolling and get the roof installed. I would say it took 2.5 to 3 weeks tops from start to finish. Insurance was a pain in the neck and took longer than expected, but they were there to help get everything squared away. We installed our roof in late November and I had concerns it wasnt a great time to install, but with a little sun evertying turned out ok. Very patient guys, especially for worrywarts like me!

We were having terrible trouble with condensation in our attic, causing extensive water damage throughout the ceilings in our house. The builder's solution was to simply "kill the stains" and repaint. The next winter same thing happened. Knowing that the builder wouldn't properly analyse and correct the problem based on what they considered a "solution" a year earlier, we called a local insulation company to come out to help find solutions. After spending $20,000 with them all we got was a worse situation, causing even more extensive water damage throughout the ceilings in our home. (their solution was to get back in touch with the builder). Super frustrated at this time! Saw Renovo's sign and decided to give them a call. Zac and Adam came out, did a thorough assessment, and actually made sense of the problem. In addition to very inadequate venting issues, they also found extensive roof damage we were not aware of and helped us get through the insurance claim, actually catching a few items the adjusters missed. Renovo came up with a plan which would replace the roof covering, remediate our venting problems with a very unique system, and insulate our attic the way it should have been done in the first place. While remediating the problem was not inexpensive, my only regret is that we didn't find them first before wasting $20k with another local company (if you are wondering who the other company is, just look at google reviews for other local insulation companies). Long overdue, but after today, Renovo Roofing has again gotten a 5star review from me! Adam and Zach came out to inspect an issue we were having in an area that was just recently worked on. Took their time, made some assessments and helped us decide on the next steps to address the concern. Non of this was due to the work they had done, but they still took the time to help my wife and I understand what was happening and help us through it! Absolute hats off to the Renovo Team! They replaced our neighbor's roof and it looks great! While there, had owner Zac (and Max) over to inspect our roof, since we have a couple of small leaks. I explained that we couldn't replace ours, just yet, as we had just renovated our kitchen. They were very respectful and gave us some tips on our roof, to help ventilation. They also suggested they'd reach out to the shingle manufacturer, since our roof wasn't that old, and probably covered under warranty.

We will definitely be using them, when the time comes to replace/repair.

I had so many questions during the process of insulating my shop and Zac was there to answer all of them and suggest other options along the way. They are local so I know they will be there when I call the next time I use them.

I was told by several contractors that I needed a new roof because hail had knocked off a bunch of asphalt that had then piled up in my gutters. I decided on having Renovo come take a look after a neighbor of mine had told me he had Renovo do an inspection and was told by them that while there was some damage, it wasn’t necessary to have it replaced at this time. Turns out after Renovo did inspection it wasn’t necessary for me to replace mine at this time either! And they should me tons of video of what my roof looked liked and explained in detail to me what it will look like when I need a new roof. And when that time comes I will be using Renovo.
