The sales and quote process with Renovative Building Group's employees - Emily and Doug - made a great impression of how the project with the company would go. The sales people were knowledgeable and listened to what needed to be fixed without trying to oversell or have us pay for something that wasn't needed. They made recommendations to ensure we had thought of everything that would be involved with the project and pointed out areas that may be problematic. At the end of the sales process I felt that I knew what to expect from the project and how much it would cost.

When it came time to do the work Tim and his crew showed up on time and completed the work. They kept me informed as the project progressed and let me know any schedule changes necessitated by bad weather.
