Renewal by Andersen of Everett

We just completed phase 1 of a large window replacement project and are extremely happy with the quality of the product and service. Our team was top notch, thank you Colby E, Sam W, Nate G, Tristan B, and Mike G! They were extremely efficient, getting 15+ windows done in 5 days. Do not be scared off by the initial sticker shock, we shopped around for years before coming back to Renewal by Anderson after realizing it was a very fair price.

We just had a number of Renewal by Anderson windows installed by this group. The lead installer, Justin Linkem, along with Emilio, Robert, Justin S, Theo L, and Marc M were amazing in their respect for our house and carefully and professionally installing the windows and slider. They let me know each day when they would arrive (they had a long drive to get to our house ) and left each day with the house and surrounding area in great shape. We like the new windows so much we want to get a few more.

From start to finish this has been an easy process. Tim N, Demus M and Stephan O were very friendly and respectful our home. We had our bedroom window and living room sliding glass door replaced which were both huge. It was amazing to watch them take out our three panel sliding door and saw it into three pieces. It was like watching a well oiled machine. We definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen and will use them in the future.

My experience with Renewal by Andersen was an excellent one. The salesman was knowledgeable about all their offerings and was able to answer all our questions and give many different options. The installation crew was top notch! They were respectful of our property and space at all times. I really couldn't have asked for better installation service! Adam B, Taylor B, and Trevor R were all excellent and efficient. They deserve a raise!

The only downside was the price. The quality of the windows and sliding door installed are good, but I don't feel they align exactly with the price. However, I don't feel like it was way overpriced based on the entire sales to install experience.

I had two windows installed at two different times and had a great experience with both installers each time. The first time was with Adam B and Trever B. They were friendly, professional and worked hard to give me the best possible installation. The second installation was with Adam B once again and Taylor R. They were very considerate and took great effort to take care of the house and property during their time working here. My overall experience with each person I have had interaction with in your company has been a good one and I want to compliment you on the high quality of employees you have.

Our slider door lock broke called the company up sent their technician Stephen S. fixed our lock also went beyond duty and fix our screen door .We are extremely happy with the choices we made by working with renewal by Andersen

Anthony Holt showed up in Bellingham time and resolved all of our minor warranty items professionally and with a great attitude. Thank you for fixing the trim and caulking!

I don't know that I have ever had a better customer service experience from a home improvement company. First, the woman who came out to speak with me about what I needed was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely zero sales pressure. Which, frankly is one of the reasons why I decided to go with Renewal by Anderson. Their estimated time was shortened by about half of what they originally promised me. Then, the team who came out to do my installation, Sam W. and Colby E were fantastic. They arrived on time, they were professional, polite and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and were out earlier than expected. Their attention to detail was much appreciated when they recognized that one element to my door was not the right color. Sam W. even went above and beyond by going back to the warehouse, finding the right color and coming back to install it, even though I'm sure he wasn't expected to. I was even given a short tutorial on how to properly take care of the special glass in my door. This whole experience is why I know that when I am ready to replace all of my windows, I already know I will use Renewal by Anderson.

Well…..Just a little about myself and the reviews I leave where ever I maybe and do business with. ReNewal by Anderson has to be one of the best experience I’ve had with a company that I done business with. From beginning to end all aspects of the project has been wonderful. When my Wife notices a problem with a weather stripping I called and they order the part and the service tech “Stephen Sandstrom” called to let me know what time he was going to be here, and that’s exactly the time he came right on time and that’s important to me. I truly recommend this company if you ever in need of some new windows this should be the company you should get them from. Highly recommend

Anthony Holt is great & took extra time to show us how to pull out our windows for cleaning. It was his second time at our home and he remembered our window configuration. Friendly and efficient!

Had to replace all the windows in our rambler built in 1968. All the windows were single pain. From the time the salesman Josh McAllister arrived promptly at 2pm to when the installers Eleazar, Dezz and Juan left, we have been so impressed. We absolutely love the windows, the quality is second to none. And the professionalism and workmanship of the installers is impeccable. These guys showed respect for our house and property. They just wont take no for an answer. Emailing daily and on weekends and holidays. Why? I tried contacting employees but other staff was not helpful. Now I've just received a quick little note from RBA ( renewal by Anderson ) addressed to my late brother, WHAT! Thanking him. Come on RBA, OCB? Please remove my family from your generated mailing list. PS, my brother never lived here and he has been gone greater than 4 years now.

Chad A and Steve S were great! On time, professional, and clean. My home looks and feels so much better! A bit expensive, but the customer service, quality, and warranty make it worthwhile.

I called them and Renewal by Anderson sent to 8 different companies that they own and not one of them could help me replace ONE window. This is the worst company I have dealt with. They specialize in windows and doors and couldnt even fix one window for me. This company is a joke.

Chad A and Bobby R came out Wednesday and Thursday to install nine windows in our 1903 home. They called each morning before arriving, arrived on time, greeted me by name politely and respectfully, and apprised me of the install process. They arrived in a professional and clean truck with all of the necessary equipment and materials, set up exactly where I specified, and made sure to put down mats inside our home and wear boot covers to protect my floors. They taped off the windows from the inside to make sure minimal debris traveled inside during the demo/installation process. They cared for my home and respected me as the customer.

Chad and Bobby are professionals. They display a positive work ethic and communicate effectively and respectfully with each other. My neighbor even came by later to comment on their efficiency and professionalism. I felt very comfortable leaving my home to go to the gym and tutor while they were here. Chad and Bobby worked with my schedule without compromising the quality of their work. Every window was installed to perfection. They showed attention to detail by spending time making sure every window was installed, trimmed, caulked, and meticulously cleaned inside and out with a magic eraser. They cleaned and vacuumed around each window, inside and out. My house is cleaner now than when they arrived. The only evidence that they were even here are the gorgeous crystal-clear windows, cooler temperatures inside the house, and significantly increased sound barrier to outside sounds. They ended the install with a thorough walk-through, and a time for questions with our Renewal project manager, Betty C.

Overall, I am delighted with our decision to go with Renewal by Anderson for our window installation. We will be requesting Chad A and Bobby R for any future projects.
