Excellent Service! My father lives up in Stanwood, I live in Seattle so I don't get to visit him often. Last week I decided to take a trip up to see him for the week. He is getting older and can't do what he use to, well, the house's exterior was a complete mess, the roof was covered with moss, the house was covered with algae, the gutters and downspouts were jam-packed with pine needles and leaves, to make a long story short, crud and grime everywhere. I contacted Northwest Maintenance, they came out the next day and provided us with a Free Estimate, we scheduled our cleaning that same day for the weekend. They answered all of our questions and educated us about the process, the cleaning didn't even take that long and before we knew it my fathers house looked brand spankin new, they delivered above and beyond, spectacular results, we will continue to use and recommend their company from here on out!

We had large amount of family and friends over for Christmas and wanted our house to be comfortable and presentable. I bought my first house this year, within a few months I had a letter in the mail from my HOA that my driveway needed to be cleaned. After calling around for 3 days I was finally able to schedule to have an estimate to clean the tire marks and what looked like rust off of my driveway. I was expecting to pay hundreds for this service, I was surprised to find out the price was very reasonable! Initially Northwest Maintenance came out and did an estimate and the services same day, since I've had my driveway cleaned quarterly to avoid any letters from my HOA. The services provided have been excellent! I have recommended this business to my neighbors, friends, and other businesses.
