We recently purchased a older house that had been neglected for some time that needed some TLC.
After contacting Brandon to Paint our Homes Exterior, he had identified several issues that hadn't even ocuured to us. Rotten fascia boards, dryrot on our deck beams, caulking that had failed on our siding that had destroyed our cedar siding and caused mold in our walls.
They replaced insulation that rats had torn out, replaced wooding sheathing, the water proof barrier, replaced siding, bad deck beams, bad fascia boards, then painted our home and stained our decks. We couldn't be happier, their attention to detail is impressive, very highly recommended!
We'll be hiring Brandon again for any Painting or Remodeling of our rental homes in the future.
We have a house on Lake Stevens, I was concerned about the cleaning company we chose to do our exterior cleaning because we have strict runoff regulations and fines from harmful chemicals (we have been fined in the past), after speaking with Northwest Maintenance and finding out they are 100% Eco-Friendly, Insured and Bonded, we decided to go with them (not to mention I was able to get a discount for being a Fireman). They showed up and did a live demonstration on the difference they could make, the difference was night and day. We had our Roof, House, Windows and our Boat Dock Cleaned and everything turned out absolutely amazing.
