Paulo came out for the estimate at my moms house and was very kind and professional. We got a total of 5 estimates from the top rated roofing companies in Eugene and surrounding area. Paulo is the ONLY representative that actually followed up with me after our appointment to see if I had any questions and that was honestly one of the deciding factors in why we chose them to redo my mom’s roof. One thing I really appreciated was that Paulo did not come across as a sales person trying to sell you something that was low quality, but instead, he was well educated about the materials/process and ultimately he made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision.

Overall, out of all the companies we got bids from, Renaissance roofing was the best priced, with the best quality of materials, and my mom‘s roof looks amazing. I highly recommend renaissance roofing!

My home needed a new roof or my insurance company would refuse to cover me. I requested quotes from 4 or 5 local contractors including Renaissance Roofing based on a close neighbor's recommendation.
3 contractors contacted me and gave me competitive estimates.
Renaissance was the first to contact me, and after an inspection returned a quote for 3 different levels of service and affordability.
They maintained prompt contact when I had follow up questions.
I checked their rating and history with the Construction Contractor's Board, the BBB, and another resource.
I chose to go with Renaissance due to their long established reputation, clean record and prompt communications and, of course, very positive recommendations from neighbors.
Luck was on our side and In spite of the crumby weather threatening the construction dates, the crew were prompt, quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. I had a new roof that was far better than the one that had been originally installed within 3 days - just before it started snowing!

I hired IronHead Roofing to do some work fixing a few leaks on my flat PVC roof. They quoted me for three hours of work but left after fifteen minutes without even letting me know they were done. I received a bill for the full three hours of course and the leaks were not fixed. I then called Renaissance Roofing to give them a crack at it. Not only did the IronHead guys leave 15 minutes into a 3 hour project, the apparently used the wrong material to patch the leak and didn't clean the leak spot which was why the leak wasn't fixed. The Renaissance guys went above and beyond. They welded new PVC (the correct material) to the flat portion of the roof, calked some gaps that could become an issue, and replaced some shingles that were causing a different leak. The difference between the two companies is night and day, but their quotes were the same, with Renaissance Roofing actually being a bit cheaper. So if you're making a choice between IronHead and these guys, choose these guys.

Starting with Paolo, our initial contact, RR was friendly, professional, prompt and communicative. Paolo is a great listener. He listened to what we as homeowners wanted and we’re concerned about. He never pushed a product or even a sale. In fact, RR helped stop an immediate leak without a promise from us to use RR. The early spring rains kept delaying our project but RR was super communicative and Rachel called me each morning to give me an update. As for the quality of work in getting a whole new roof out on, the crew was polite, efficient and considerate. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. The roof is brand new so of course we have had no problems, but I don’t expect that we will and in the unlikely event we do, I feel confident RR will back up their work and take care of me. As for price. I got another bid a few months before hiring RR and that bid was almost $10,000 MORE.

From the very beginning with roof estimate to completion of roof install everyone that we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. They walked us through the whole process and how they would improve attic ventilation to improve the life of the new roof. Each day they made sure everything was cleaned up and they left our house cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend them for friends and family, was very pleased with the final product.

I love Renaissance roofing. I called 7 companies to get a bid all of them made an appointment but they are the only one who showed up and actually gave me a hard bid. Not only did they show up, but less than 2 weeks later my home had a new roof. I was so impressed that the very next year this year I had them come back and reroof my shop. His hands down the best roofing company around. I would absolutely recommend Renaissance to all of my friends and family and have done so.

Contacted Renaissance roofing to get a price quote for my roof ,was greeted with an excepting answer from Rachel Got all my initial questions and inquiries answered over the phone and an appointment the next day for Paulo to come out and give me a free price quote, Was really happy with the communication that he gave me and told me exactly what it would inquire to get my roof done and a fair price quote! Went over all the details and didn’t try to haggle me like the other companies that came down to give me a quote as well, straightforward and to the point in a very professional manner! The main reason why I went with them ! Ended up scheduling an appointment for mid August , but got an unexpected call that They had an opening in their schedule and was able to get me in almost 3 to 4 weeks early!! The crew showed up on time each day and did a complete tear off on my porch and main part of my house in one day and reroofed and new venting added the next!! Did an outstanding job on cleanup and picking up all the material and nails and going over my yard multiple times with the nail magnet , to reassure me that no nails would get into my riding lawnmower, Looking forward to having them redo my garage in the future highly recommend this company can’t thank them enough for all the work that they did, from the initial phone call to the final product!

Update: had my roof done by these guys a year ago and I’ve had absolutely no issues or complaints with anything,! Was happy and impressed with their work so much that I ended up recalling them this year to have my garage done, excellent work looks great, always satisfied with the work, these guys do, Paulo the guy the estimated my roof has excellent customer skills, and will answer any questions you have, was great to work with these guys again!

Renaissance roofing did a great job on re-roofing our home. We had a fair amount of water damage that they repaired carefully. We have a low slope roof (1" drop over 12") and we had a difficult time finding a roofing company to install the metal we wanted. Renaissance did a great job of finding a supplier that guarantees a metal product for low slope roofs. It looks great now.

1st time having to replace a roof and I have to say that Renaissance Roofing really impressed me. I got 4 different inspections and estimates and out of the 4, only Paulo with Renaissance actually went into my attic space to look at the underside of the roof decking, which revealed problems that the other 3 missed. In addition, in the estimate Renaissance provided, they not only provided the estimate to replace the roof but added, "worst case scenario" cost estimates, like how much it would run to replace the entire roof deck and cost to replace all the facia. This was very helpful in me making my decision to go with Renaissance, and like I said, out of the 4 companies I had come out here to look, only Renaissance was this complete in their inspection and estimate. As far as workmanship went, the crew were very professional and friendly, their workmanship appears to be top notch, and they even managed to save about a third of my facia and all of my gutters to reduce the cost to me. They cleaned up the worksite very well, 3 days of work and after they were done you had no clue they were here, clean up was that good. Renaissance Roofing was not the cheapest bid that came in, it was not the most expensive either, and while we did go over the bid amount a little bit, (about $1500 or so), I was aware going in that was going to happen because of the great inspection that brought to light some of the problems with the roof prior to work being done. That being said, Renaissance did a great job in keeping that extra cost down as much as possible. Is replacing a roof fun, absolutely not, but these folks are bringing me peace of mind that the cost involved was well spent and their warranty seems to be darned good as well.

Renaissance replaced our entire roof and I'm very happy with how the process went from start to finish. The quote was fair, the estimator was responsive and punctual. The project itself took 2 full days. They got the old roof off and new roof on very quickly and efficiently, and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Overall, I'd recommend them highly.

Renaissance Roofing completed our roof in early December and I waited several weeks to write the review so we could see if any problems came up. In short, they have been highly professional, kind, timely, communicative, and friendly throughout this experience.

They replaced the roof for a fair price, which I think they're the only local company which includes a veteran's discount by the way, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up the trash after the fact. There were some small things to clean up but they got all nails and all large pieces of roofing material cleaned up on their own. Our point of contact was Paulo, who was knowledgeable and fair about what we would do. There was something weird with a vent from our laundry and they offered to fix that included in the total price, which was very good of them.

I would be happy to recommend Renaissance Roofing to anybody.

I am very pleased with the new roof that was installed at my house in Corvallis. The house is 100 years old, and has 3 additions put on over the years, making the roof quite complicated. My estimator and salesperson Paulo was very knowledgeable about what would be required to get the best roof, including the addition of roof vents and new flashing and vent boots. I got 2 other bids, and with Renaissance, I got the best bang for the buck. The company maintained excellent communication about when the work would begin, and they stayed on track exactly with what they told me with telephone updates. The workers were professional and efficient, even when rotten wood was found, which they sent photos of before replacing. The end result is very good. I would definitely use Renaissance again.

From our first impression of our estimator Paulo, to the final day of a job well done, we couldn’t be happier with Renaissance.
We had four roofing contractors out for estimates and selected Renaissance because not only were they competitively priced, but their product and warranty was very good. I also liked that Paulo took the time to really listen to our concerns and even went into the attic to see some issues to be resolved. Before the roof was scheduled to be replaced, his team came to the house and ensured we would not have any leaks while we waited for the job to officially begin by installing a temporary barrier.

Paulo was very thorough, he took photos of the roof so he could show us exactly what is damaged/aging and how his team can help. He was respectful and timely, very professional.
The scheduling was easy, the crew was here on time and got the job done in about 2.5 days, they took the effort to thoroughly clean the entire site of any nails or debris at the end of each day.

From the very beginning our experience with Renaissance was excellent. We were getting quotes from various companies and we noticed a lot of our neighbors were using Renaissance and we’re happy with the results so we asked for a quote. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. They provided a packet if information about the shingles, warranties, and the process that was invaluable to me because I’ve never had to replace my roof before. They have mastered online tools. I was able to review the quote online and accept it. They were very responsive to my questions and even helped me pick a color for my shingles that was close to the existing roof. It was a small thing but one less decision for me. The job was scheduled in a reasonable time frame, they were even able to start a day early and it was done in two days with minimal disruption and cleaned up right away. It looks great. We recently had our roof replaced by Rennaisance, and couldn't be more happy with our choice. From the start, our lead POC, Taylor was incredibly responsive in all ways. The crew was very professional, courteous, and respectful to our family. Everyone new their job, and kept to the schedule. It was fun to watch! I had a couple questions along the way, and they were very receptive and responsive. 5 stars all the way around.

Renaissance did a fabulous job with the roof! We get a lot of looks from the neighbors. Initially did not know what to expect when it came to the ridge vents, but it made the house look much neater having to rid all those button vents. Air flow appears to be more open, and only time will tell if this will truly make a difference, especially when it comes summer time. But based on position of the newly installed ridge vents, there will definitely be more movement of air in the attic. Overall, roof install and attic venting job was great, very professional.

One sidenote, the roof work is superb, noticed old shingles and metal pieces being tossed everywhere during the job. They did clean up very well afterwards, but plants, grass, shrubs, etc could already have been damaged during the process (fortunately not). Crew just needs to be a little more careful when it comes to the landscape.

I needed to add ventilation to my attic and after going back and forth with two other roofing companies, who had no idea how to complete the project and kept me waiting literally for MONTHS to get an estimate and schedule me, Renaissance worked me in right away. They were quick, extremely responsive, and did great work. Five star experience!

We hired this company to replace my mother’s roof in 2021, and the entire experience was exceptional—from the initial bid to the final clean-up. The crew was outstanding—hardworking, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Felix, the lead roofer, went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure we felt confident throughout the process. Not only did they install a beautiful, high-quality roof, but they also took great care to leave the property spotless.

Outstanding all the way around. The process could not have gone more smoothly, and they finished a day ahead of schedule. Complete roof and gutter removal, haul away, and roof and gutter installation in two days (scheduled for three). The workers were very pleasant (full of energy and laughter) and worked very hard the whole time. VERY impressed. Also, Renaissance Roofing creates a dashboard for you that makes the whole process transparent and easy to calendar and communicate. I honestly don't think this could have been a better experience. Renaissance Roofing did the tear-down and re-roof for our 60’s era home, and they did an excellent job. We obtained three estimates, two from Albany (including Renaissance) and one from the Portland area. The company from Portland had good reviews, but they used a strong-armed, high-pressure strategy that made it easy to say ‘go away’. Both companies from Albany had good reviews, and both gave prompt, detailed, and comparable cost estimates. We specifically wanted GAF materials, so Renaissance became our best option. We feel lucky to have chosen Renaissance because there were no surprises. They were able to start the project without delay (no small feat in December), they cleaned the jobsite daily, and they finished the job in 2.5 days (2300 square feet, including 2 gables, 3 skylights, and a steep 12/12 pitch). The roofers were professional, good-humored, and conscientious about trees/shrubs surrounding the house. At completion, I walked around the house and found two roofing fasteners and two backing strips of plastic; I also found the gutters cleaned, the area around the house raked/blown, and a covered porch swept. They get my enthusiastic endorsement for a job expertly done!

Renaissance Roofing did a complete tear off of our roof and re-roofed the whole house. Taylor Raterman at Renaissance who was our rep was a pleasure to work with. He was low-key no pressure and very informative. Any issues I had or questions we're answered almost immediately . We got two other quotes for the re-roof one out of Salem and one out of Portland both companies had good reputations but the sales rep from the Portland company was a high pressure sales guy and wanted me to sign that day. I knew immediately we weren't going to use them. The representative from the Salem company was just rude and unprofessional. They could learn a lot from Taylor . Renaissance came in with the lowest bid and the best warranty. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. The crew they sent out to do the job all were polite worked hard and cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. It only took 3 days to do the whole job. We would use them again if the need ever comes up and also would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for the great job Taylor and Renaissance.

I was first concerned that two large trees in front of my house would cause a big problem for the work to be done but Greg's crew did a great job saving my trees while operating heavy machines and replacing/installing a my new roof. The Renaissance roofing crew was kind courteous and professional they went above and beyond and did a fantastic job replacing a roof that was probably 30 plus years old. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired and replaced.

I'd give them six stars if I could. From the beginning, the employee, David, who came out to do the bid, was timely, friendly, and professional. The workers who came out to install a new (badly needed) roof and gutters were also on time and ready to work every morning, and they worked efficiently with their time. It only took two and a half days, start to finish. David reached out during the process to follow up and check in on the work being done, and came out to our home after the work was finished for any questions or comments we might have. Renaissance made us feel like we were important to their business, and treated the roof like the investment it is.

We had a great experience with Renaissance. David, our estimator, did a nice job of following health guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic while also giving us a more detailed quote than all the other roofers in the area (even those with good reviews!). On the day of our install, the guys who showed up were respectful and hardworking. I appreciated that the workers were given long breaks during the really hot weather and were not treated as if they were disposable. You can tell a lot about a company by the way it treats it people. Our roof looks great! You can tell they took enough time to get the details right, which is not very common in such a fast- paced profession (after all, who wants to linger on a hot roof longer than they have to?).

After hearing all this, you are probably thinking that Renaissance is an expensive outfit. Not so! They were the most affordable quote we got!

Wonderful service! They did an excellent job in just two days. They left our home clean and tidy when they left. It was a great experience from beginning to end and would recommend them to everyone.

Renaissance Roofing was terrific!!!!! They put on a new roof and new fascia boards on a 42+-year old roof and installed new gutters along with gutter screens (which I'm excited to have for the first time). Greg Evans (the owner), Rachel (Office Manager), and the exceptional work crew we're great to work with--friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, efficient. So very pleased with the work crew's workmanship.

Use to be a 5 but one year after install there was mold covering the entire attic including the new replaced sheeting. Warranty would not cover it. Company wouldn't respond to email or phone after my initial inquiry. Prior to install they conducted a survey and made recommendations. More vents than the original were added based on their recommendations. Rather than working to find a solution or making a recommendation for a solution they hide from their customers. Don't waste your money on the warranty and don't expect your calls to be answered if an issue arises.

Renaissance has been very professional from beginning to end. Greg was very helpful in answering all of my questions and walking me through the process. The roofers were all very polite, and we got to enjoy hearing Felix the foreman singing while he worked!

They came and were done in less than 2 days. Taylor, the agent we talked about the project was very helpful and personal. They had done the main house roof lees than 2 years ago and I knew they were going to this job too. The crew that installed the roof over the other structures in the property were diligent and hard working and were done in less than 2 days like the last time. Renaissance Roofing was an excellent company to work with. They were helpful, responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and provided incredible customer service. Unlike some of the other roofing companies I had estimates from, the staff at Renaissance Roofing never pressured me or aggressively pushed for my business, it turns out they don't need to because their work speaks for itself. DO NOT HIRE! This company immediately became combative when a concern about their workmanship arose. Rather than handling the situation professionally, they refused to come back to the job site to inspect and calmly discuss the issue. The owner, Greg Evans, threatened to process a lien on my home, send me to collections and withhold my warranty. AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! Their behavior is extremely unprofessional. They could easily resolve the situation, but chose to escalate it instead. BUYER BEWARE!

They did an excellent job of replacing our roof and fixing a long term leak. I would have them back if ever need another roof.

I am a real estate developer from San Diego and I have built many buildings. The Renaissance Roofing crew were by far the most talented and professional roofers that I have ever worked with. I observed every stage of this job from start of tear off to completion. At the end of each workday they completed a thorough site clean up which was very much appreciated. The quality of the GAF materials that they used was far superior to other roof proposals that I received. When I had questions on a specific product they were installing they explained it to my satisfaction. On the first day of installation the Renaissance crew was a coordinated group all working on different parts of the roof as it came together. The entire Renaissance team was courteous, patient, efficient and the only contractor that followed though and gave us a bid without delay! We had some hidden issues that they resolved and they still came in at the bid price! The job they did was terrific, but what really sold us was their thorough customer service.
