Had a soft spot in the kitchen floor that involved the subflooring. We also had these guys upgrade our ground level exterior doors and baseboards as well as a few other projects. They did a great job!

I don’t normally do reviews and this one is two years after the job was completed. My two story home was completely reworked on all outside possibilities with the exception of windows in general. Tip of roof to foundation including three sky lights and remodel of two windows I did not like. I am not an easy person to work for as my expectations have extremely high standards and I monitored all work in detail. I cannot say enough positive comments about Mike and his crews. We agreed on scope and price and Mike held to this with no hint of out of scope adjustments to the price. After two full years I have nothing but positive comments to how the material and craftsmanship has held up. The one or two unexpected factors that required attention during the construction that was not predicted on the original scope of work. Mike absorbed the unexpected time to maintain the intended standards originally planned. Cannot say enough positive about RBR. And Michael Beachamp. Thank you for everything you did. Hi RBR worked on my Sofit of my front porch. His crew showed up early after they had the materials dropped off by their supply company.they immediately got to work on removing the old crummy vinyl. They cleaned up all old removed vinyl and layed out the lines to set up new materials. The Red cedar tounge and Grove boards. Work was beyond expectations, crew was neat clean polite. I had no concerns about quality service. I was kept up on the work step by step. I would recommend them to anyone! The finished work was phenomenal.

Very happy to recommend Michael and and the whole RBR construction crew. We started out knowing we would need a full exterior trim, soffit, and siding replacement, and ended up discovering extensive dry rot damage, and a faulty roof installation contributing to the dry rot. So we ended up replacing the roof too! Michael's team took great care of the structural repair work, and were very respectful of our home space during 5+ weeks of work on site, taking great care to clear up and make sure our kids and dogs were able to safely play outside following their work days. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent, and Michael was very patient with our decision making process - we did not draw up designs for the new parts of the deck and house, and he patiently worked with us to come up with practical and attractive design features. In the end there were the RBR crew, an interior paint crew, drywall repair crew, gutter crew, and electrical crew all sub-contracted in, and i have to say that scheduling and communication was excellent throughout. A couple of the sub contractors were a bit messy but i was sort of expecting that the high standards of RBR's crew would be hard to match. We are yet to get the dry weather window needed to get the exterior paint completed, and a porch cover re-installed, but I anticipate that the high standard of workmanship and communication will be continued to the very end. I am happy to provide this recommendation for RBR Custom Construction, specifically Michael Beauchamp and his crew.  In late November 2024, an intense rain and windstorm caused a tree to fall on my brother’s Benton Co. house.  It crushed the back deck to the ground and broke several windows.

As an out-of-state sister overseeing my brother’s affairs, I needed to contact a company that could complete these repairs in a state and county where I had no contacts. No easy task but I was fortunate to have been referred to Michael and RBR Custom Construction.  I previously never had a reason to work with a general contractor, but I heard about some of the nightmare scenarios of those who had.

I couldn’t be happier with my first-time general contractor experience as Michael returned my call promptly, went to assess the damage within a couple of days, and provided a reasonable estimate and a realistic timeline to complete the work.  Throughout this process, Michael provided timely updates, was available for questions, and was excellent at communicating via phone, text, and email.  His team was respectful, arrived on time, and completed the job by the estimated timeline.  I hope to have Michael and his crew complete additional home repair projects in the future.

Michael and team originally came out to fix a dry rot issue we had on our house. He was so easy and professional to work with. We needed several other house maintenance project taken care of so he gave us bids and completed the work in a timely manner. His crew was professional and did a great job. I appreciated how they acted on the job and cleaned up each day. Everything did not go perfectly, mainly due to cold weather issues, but Michael communicated with me and the craftsman to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. He was very good about checking in with me as well as his crew during each project!

Michael Beauchamp and his crew were tremendous workers and communicators. Our studio project was very involved. It was completed in two months! The concrete workers were a little sloppy, leaving a concrete'bowl' in our front yard and bits of rubble on the driveway. That's my only complaint. The RBR team was fabulous. I'd definitely call them for any construction, or repair needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Michael and his team did a great job for us on short notice. We were having our gutters replaced and discovered dry rot in one section that needed to be addressed before we could finish installing the new gutters. We hadn’t anticipated this problem, but still needed to have it addressed quickly. I called Michael and he came out that same day to assess the job and indicated that he’s figure out how to get someone out soon to complete the repair. A couple of days later a couple of his team were able to complete the job. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the Michael’s willingness to fit it in on short notice. We could not be happier with the work done by RBR. We had siding, windows, and roof replaced, deck and porch built, walls taken down in the house, and additions of a mud room and basement access. Every detail was attended to, the craftsmanship is impeccable. They left each day with a very clean area free of debris, nails, tools, swept, cleaned windows, etc. All of the staff were thoughtful, kind and professional. A previous experience with a well known local contractor left us feeling marginalized. We now have a beautiful new front porch extension and plan to go to RBR for future projects.

Michael and his team did a great job leveling a converted old porch and doing targeted residing/trim. They were prompt and cleaned up after each day. That being said, there were small, but important things that were missed. First, the edges of the cut pieces of trim were not primed. Exposed wood should not be in contact with water. Second, the top window-to-siding threshold was caulked instead of flashed. Third, the caulk is already starting to shrink and separate. Pictures taken about 5 months after work was completed.

During this last January (1/18/24) one of my Douglas Firs fell on my home. It crashed through my deck cover, smashed into the deck and punched holes into the roof. I was having to coordinate an arborist, a roofing contractor, and someone to replace the deck cover and repair the deck, all the while having to work with my insurance company that wasn’t being responsive to my inquiries.

Long story, but I was feeling pretty much alone. The arborist, and roofing contractors were fantastic, both jobs were done extremely fast and efficient. My attempt at a deck, deck cover contractor failed miserably on my first attempt. He came out before the tree, and the roof were taken care of. The first contractor wanted $500 for his architect to draw up plans, and wanted me to cancel my agreement with the roofer. I just didn’t have a good feeling about him as a contractor. Talking with my roofer about my situation he suggested that I call Michael Beauchamp with RBR Construction and Roofing, “he does amazing work, and for a reasonable price”.

They didn’t know each other but worked on the same property in the recent past. I trusted the roofer’s judgement from my short time working with him on my home. I called Michael and he came out the next day, wrote up his estimate. Talking to him I mentioned a job that I needed work on that wasn’t from the tree damage. The entire west side of my home needed new siding and dry rot repair. He gave me an estimate for that and I gave him the job.

Michael’s crew was on time everyday, kept a clean work space, was respectful of myself and neighbors, and were meticulous about their job. Everything that was promised was completed…but not just completed, but done with high quality craftsmanship. I can’t stress this enough, the crew had noticeable pride in their craft and that pride showed in their work. As my roofer told me “amazing work for a reasonable price “.

We had a bathroom remodel done in one of our rental houses. RBR did a great job. We are very pleased with the way it turned out. Looks so good now. Tenants love there brand new bathroom. Michael is very good about communicating and sending picture updates on the job they are doing. We will be using them again. :)

A few things that I appreciated about working with Michael, was that he was great about communicating with us about what was going to be happening, his honesty and integrity.

Mike and his crew are great! Would definitely recommend and reuse them. Replaced windows siding and gutters. Now just waiting for good weather for the paint. Crew was on time and cleaned up daily. Felt sorry about them working in the cold and rain of December, didn’t hear any complaints though.

We had a french door replaced, as well as some siding. Working with RBR was easy, their work was up to my husband's standards, which is saying a lot, and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

RBR construction sided our 3-story home with Hardi-plank and trim in 2022. They installed a new front door for us and also a tricky bow window in our dining room. They built a new deck porch and porch roof, and installed the cable railing for the porch deck. When the siding job was complete, they got the house painted for us -- Everything was done beautifully, with great attention to detail and the work was very high quality. Best of all, besides being competent, the crew was soooo friendly and fun, always willing to take input, redo things when we realized we wanted something different, answer questions - they were great! Michael, the lead contractor was responsive with quotes and requests and always checked in with us. He gave us timely updates and was always concerned with our satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about RBR!

Michael Beauchamp and his teams were amazing! I had a very complex, deferred-maintenance project and interviewed 15 contractors, of whom only three were able to do the complete project. I'm so grateful I picked Michael! The work comprised of very complex structural rebuilds (front porch and a garage that is part of the house), adding a new deck and French door, re-siding and painting the exterior, and putting new windows in a house in one of Corvallis' historic districts. Michael has been amazing with everything from helping with the HRC petition to doing amazing work to preserve my house so that it maintains the look and feel of the original, but better! He has a great eye for design and detail, and everyone who has come to work on this project has been high-quality, respectful and hard-working. There were supply chain delays, but Michael was very communicative and responsive the whole way through. He was also able to repair and polish up some of the original lights and exterior wrought iron details so they look new! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We were very lucky to come across RBR on a recommendation from a neighbor. They removed and replaced all of our siding/trim/fascia, built a new entry with roof and cedar finishes, and installed a garage door and front door. Michael was very easy to work with. His team was incredibly professional and clean! Every day it looked like a bomb went off (siding removal is messy!), but by 5:00, it was spotless. The final product was immaculate with such attention to detail. It's like we have a new house! I would not hesitate to recommend them again. They might not be the cheapest quote you get, but you definitely get the value for your money. With important jobs like siding, don't go cut rate.

Michael Beauchamp is a true pro! I was worrying about potential water intrusion into my siding. He came out on a Friday evening to check it out—within 1 hour of speaking with him. He’s a true pro who cares about the longevity of my home. A rare find!!!

Reached out as one of our windows was sad and decided to cry. RBR came out to give us an estimate and did a quick fix to hopefully make the window a little happier and have less tears coming through until they can do the full fix.

My mom owns a house that is over 100 years old, had been built without a foundation, and was patched by various non-professionals over the years. RBR gave her a new roof and a foundation several years ago, which are doing well. However the ground moved some and recently she started seeing cracks appear as the walls moved away from each other! RBR responded quickly and came out to shore it up, and scheduled a time to come out and do a more thorough remediation. They ended up replacing rotten floor joists and floor boards, replacing some flooring, repairing the porch, installed gutters and a french drain to prevent water under the house (which hopefully will keep the ground from moving under the house) and much more. My mom was very pleased with the work, and said Isaac knew all about old houses and had a very high standard he held his work to. I feel much happier knowing my mom's house is secure and sturdy now! Their pricing was very fair, the people were all great.

The project was to replace vinyl siding with hardy siding, replace a window and door, remove and replace a large patio cover. Lonnie, John and Don did a great job with tear off. Seth, Carlos and John were meticulous in installing the siding and trim. Don came back to reinstall gutters. They came when they said, they cleaned up each day and they answered questions clearly. After getting several bids I had RBR Construction and Roofing do some major rehab on my 120 year old house I had recently purchased. It needed complete re-siding and 13 windows replaced, insulation installed, and exterior paint. On a house that old it's not an easy project. They had to get creative melding the old style of building to current construction norms. They were able to do it all while keeping it within my budget constraints.

It was all done during Oregon's rainy season so they made sure to cover the exposed "bones" at the end of each day to keep it dry. The contractor Michael Beauchamp was accessible and answered all my questions and kept everything moving smoothly. I was impressed by how well his crew worked together as a team. Michael Beauchamp also made sure I had what I needed to apply for Oregon Energy Trust rebates for the insulation and efficient windows. The company he used to paint the exterior was nothing less than excellent. If anyone has a project they'd like to get done I wouldn't hesitate to call Michael to see what he can do for you. I for one am very pleased with how my project turned out.

RBR Construction and Roofing recently did completed 2 jobs for me. They replaced a leaking skylight. The work was professionally done and the area cleaned up before they left. The major job they did for me was to replace a very old deck. The estimate was sent quickly and the work began sooner than expected. The crew was always considerate of my needs and listened to them. They were cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. They always made sure things were cleaned up each day and my access to doors was safe. I have received several compliments for the new deck I would highly recommend this company and it's crew to anyone.

Am thankful that we hired RBR to install new siding on our house. Michael went over in detail about Allura fiber cement siding and gave us a fair bid. Jeremy was Johnny on the spot when I called. He not only responded immediately, but he also came to bid the very next day. Communication is a priority to me and I was not disappointed. He was available to respond even while I was in Home Depot looking at supplies. He was flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that I was satisfied. Our home was built by my husbands grandfather, so this was not a project that could be taken lightly. Kris was the main worker on the project and he was kind, professional and a joy to have around our house. My biggest suggestion when doing a remodel is to always communicate immediately when you are unsatisfied so that it can be remedied. Jeremy and his team listen and work to supply exactly what the customer wants with humor and positivity, so don’t be afraid to communicate!

I called RBR to have some gutters replaced that haven't been draining properly ever since I accidentally backed into a corner piece with our trailer.

Martin an installer came came out and gave a bid for the needed work. We called later and set up an appointment. Martin arrived on time and after removing the affected sections of gutter he pointed it 2 sections of boards with dry rot. We wanted to replace them so we scheduled a time for 2 days later to install the new gutters.

Again Martin arrived on time and had the gutters in place before lunch. They look great! I would highly recommend RBR and Martin. They are a class company with excellent people.

I am so impressed with RBR Construction & Roofing. It took them 3 days to completely rip off my roof and install a new one. There was a company that my neighbors used that had the same job to do and it took them over 2 weeks. So glad that I hired RBR! The guys were courteous and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend RBR construction! We started the process of building our custom home last year. Jeremy and everyone with RBR construction was extremely helpful and very good at communication, which was very important to me. He responded within hours to my first email, regarding pretty much everything I was wanting to know about floor plans and the whole building process. Very knowledgeable about building and always kept things moving along as quickly as they could, so we were able to move in on time! :-)

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Jeremy started things off by answering his phone at 6:30PM on a Friday and talked with me about building options for our new home. He impressed me even more by then responding to our conversation with information on plans and steps to move forward within minutes. He emailed me quotes while on vacation in Alaska, broke down multiple plans for us with pricing guides, and when we needed to build outside of his area due to new jobs, he even discussed other builders and offered to assist by researching the area for us. I am beyond impressed with his professionalism and overall service to help us get the right house. I look forward to building with him when we return to the valley.
