We recently had our roof replaced by Monroy's Roofing. From start to finish, they communicated very effectively about the work to be done and were on time. Chris was extremely kind and followed up with me about a change in one of the roof valleys. They came back the next day and made a correction which improved the curb appeal (much appreciated). When it was discovered that a section of gutter was accidentally dented, they IMMEDIATELY had that gutter removed and replaced (again attention to detail). Genaro and his crew removed and replaced the entire roof in one day...amazing! Not a drop of water touched the exposed roof. Monroy's Roofing re-roofed my home in one day. Because this is April and we having been having frequent showers, two crews re-shingled my 2000 sq. foot home in one day. The crew was very efficient, tearing off the old and putting on the new.
The finished product looks great and the price was very reasonable.

They were very responsive, got someone out quickly and completely resolved the leak we had in great time. They also noticed a few areas where the previous roofers failed to seal some exposed nails which would have led to problems in the future. Great work and a great team!

Monroy’s Roofing is the company you’d want to hire to replace/repair your roof. Quote was very reasonable, considering their high level of technology being provided. Punctual. Responded quickly to questions. Offered to schedule the work to meet our requirements.
While we didn’t actually have them replace our roof, they offered a high level of professionalism.

I called Monroy's to come out and give me a quote to clean my roof and powder it for moss. Last year there was no moss on my roof, so the moss is not bad. I just want to keep up on it to make my roof last longer. I got 4 quotes. The OTHER quotes were between 350 and 600 dollars. Monroy's quote was $1600. This was just stupid money. I would never recommend to anyone to use this company and get ripped off.

Came to my house and inspected the roof repair and gave a quote within a few hours. Came out next day and replaced the shingles over the porch and cleaned up area. Very nice job would be nice to work with them again if need arise.

I asked 3 different roofing people come look at a couple of leaky skylights. Monroy's (Genaro) was the only one I thought took a thoughtful look and gave me a reasonable and honest explanation for what was going on. One of the other two companies gave me an estimate for replacing the skylights when there isn't anything wrong with them! Anyway, I think they're great; I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for other roofing issues.

Requested estimate for roof/gutter cleaning and moss removal. They came to my house right away which was great. However the quote never came, despite me calling 3 times over 3 weeks and asking for status and being told each time they were sending it right away, so I went elsewhere.

Monroy’s roofing team did an excellent job clearing out gutters, removing moss (even using a product safe for pets because our dog tends to drink water in random places in the back yard!) Also, gave us an honest time frame around when to replace our roof as it’s 18 years old. Really appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

Monroy Rooking just finished my new roof. This was not an easy task, it had a steep pitch, three layers of old roof to remove, and needed new sheeting. Monroy Roofing did a spectacular job. They took great care of my property, completely cleaned up the work site every day after they were done and were very easy to work with. We spotted the leak in the roof covering the patio Monday night. Of the three roofers I called, one could come over next week, one tomorrow and one the same day in 30 minutes. Monroy’s showed up in 30 minutes, accurately assessed where the problem was, fixed the problem and quickly examined the rest of the roof for any other problems. The minor repair work was finished in less than an hour! Very pleased!

The roofing company responds quickly to requests for estimates and bid very competitively. They are picky and do a thorough job.

We had our roof replaced a little over three months ago. There was some confusion with setting up the appointment but they arrived on time, were friendly all the way around, and they got the job done quickly. We haven't had any major rains to see if anything is leaking, so I can't vouch for the soundness of the roof yet, but it looks nice and as long as we all stay dry, we'll be calling Monroy's Roofing again next time.

We had our roof inspected by Monroy's Roofing about a year after we purchased our home. We were surprised at how quickly they responded. Not only did the inspector verbally give us his opinion on the life of our roof but showed us pictures of any problem areas.

Since our roof still has a few more years left we did not hire Monroy's Roofing to do any work at this time. But we were so pleased and impressed with the work that was put into the FREE inspection, I'm sure we will calling Monroy's Roofing when we decide to have our roof replaced.

I had two rental homes with roofs that I was told by the home inspection company, still have 5-7yrs of use. The chimney cleaning guy told me the roof feels very spongy under his feet and I need a Prof. roof inspection. Monroy's Roofing was highly recommended.
Genaro, the owner of Monroy's Roofing met me on-time, came across as a straight shooter with no B.S. talk. I asked for repair options, and he painstakingly tested each Sqft of the roof for wood rot and had no chance of any repairs. In the middle of Covid, the sky-high cost of materials like plywood, by far hands down, I got the best of three estimates for new roofs from Monroy's Roofing.
The Good:
1) They started right-a-way like they said they would (important for a Rental).
2) I was shown actual samples and pictures of the shingles to choose.
3) All the workers were very professional, did an excellent job, worked in the hot sun, put in a full day and meticulous about protecting the surroundings and cleaning up!
4) When I asked Genaro if we could have more attic air ventilation around the building perimeter and in the Garage, even though he said it wasn’t needed, he said Okay, without any hesitation and didn’t ask for a penny. To top that, I was just recently told that we had new Solar Activated roof/attic fans on the roof! They are defiantly added/put on by Genaro for me at no extra cost!
5) It’s two years later now and when I asked Monroy's Roofing to check the roofs because of an issue with a Tenant that had mounted unauthorized items on the roof-top, Chris came the very next day to inspect both roofs for damage, with NO CHARGE again! That took several hours of their time and gas to do this! That’s what I call “Standing by Your Customer”!!!!

Everything I was looking for: Awesome honest service; Affordable price; A pleasure to work with; Professional and courteous. All and all, good people! Thank you, Genaro & Chris.

Monroy's is AMAZING! I got four quotes for the total re-roof my home needed- including full plywood sheathing. Not only was Monroy's the most economical estimate, but as soon as I met Genaro I knew I wanted him and his crew to do the job. They came ready to rock on a Friday morning at 8am and got my 1300sq ft house completed within two days! The crew were courteous, attentive, and professional. Genaro was on site working hard alongside his guys, Chris was also on site to help and provided me with drone photos after the first day of work. My roof looks amazing and I am 100% confident in their craftsmanship as well as the high quality materials they worked with to get my home water tight and safe again.
