Recently Serenity Inspections carried out a home inspection on my new property. Kyle provided a very detailed and professionally laid out report with all defects clearly shown with graphics and photos. I cannot recommend Serenity Inspections enough if you are looking for a reliable and professional company to carry out your home inspection.

He was very thorough, very detailed took the time to walk us through each Red, Orange and blue categories that were found with our inspection.

He was so patient and kind answered all the questions we had which we had quite a bit. Even took the time to answer a call we placed a few days after our inspection was done.

The full report you get at the end is so neatly organized, and very detailed. He catches the simplest things that I didn’t even think of checking when we looked through our house. I appreciate his attention to detail.

If i could give more starts i would definitely do. Kyle did a full thorough inspection, catching even the smallest detail of the home. He wrote a full report about every single thing that he saw, and walked me trhough the most important parts. I have seen other inspections for the same property, and they looked nothing alike. Kyle's inspection report showed many other issues that were more difficult to catch and not as easy to detect. I am extremely happy with his service and i would definitely recommend them for a home inspection if you are planning to purchase a home, or even if you want to know the status of yours! I really appreciate how thorough of a job Kyle does. When I first called, they talked me through the primary inspection as well as the optional services that they recommended but was my choice on whether to add.

On both inspections they have done for me, I added sewer scoping and radon testing (one home had a basement, the other a converted garage). Each test provided very useful information to understand the home I was purchasing. We ended up not purchasing the first home that was inspected because of the results of the radon test, a dip in the sewer line, as well as the location of the sewer line that we were only able to discover by having it inspected.

While working with the contractor on the second home, he specifically commented on how well documented the inspection notes were.

Kyle performed the very thorough inspection on our newly built home with a 73-page report. Due to the builder’s liability insurance, Kyle was not able to inspect the roof until we assumed ownership of the house. Kyle's attention to detail is unsurpassed. He has done the home inspection for me and also for my mom. He inspects every nook and cranny and writes a detailed report including photos and drone footage.

Top notch service from Kyle on a Millersburg inspection.... He called the day before the inspection, after the inspection, and emailed and texted me several times for inquiries I had. We live out of state and were unable to attend the inspection. A week later I emailed him a question and he called me to explain everything and offer any assistance after we inspect the house a second time. Calls, texts, and emails were returned very promptly, a rarity in todays society. Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Five star rating for sure.
