He actually started the job when he said he would, (very rare) was here working all day every day, (extremely rare) cleaned up after each day and finished the job 2 days earlier than planned. Michelangelo helped us revive a 3 seasons room in our home which was rife with issues the prior owner had tried to DIY, including moldy windows & siding, roof leaks, and structural concerns. His estimates/quoted cost was outlined in a transparent way and he was very helpful in guiding us through how we could get the project done within our budget. He was responsive in all communication and followed up with us afterwards to ensure the work that was done was functional & to our liking. We are very happy with the finished product!

We hired Renaissance Building to help tile a bathroom. It was a cramped space, the floor wasn't level, and just generally not an easy place to work. Michelangelo didn't complain, just got the job done. It came out great and we couldn't be happier with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again the next time we have a project in mind.

Great work. We hired Renaissance to redo our bathroom shower. (Update! And later, to replace many windows) Michelangelo was patient in helping us understand our options, ran the whole process (bringing in electrical and plumbing contractors), and offered good, flexible solutions when demolition of the existing shower revealed some challenges. The shower came out looking beautiful, and we're very pleased. We would definitely hire Renaissance again! (Update: and we did! For the window replacements, and Michelangelo had to solve many interesting "puzzles" because of the oddities of the old house. He solved them all, the windows look fantastic!)
