Remodel Rx replaced 3 exterior doors on my home in the spring of 2024. From initial contact to signing of the contract and throughout the installation, I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail and can- do attitude. This company put a new sliding door in my beach house. What a fantastic job they did. They also cleaned up so well that you never knew that they were there. I would use them again without question.

This is our second big project with Remodel RX and as before, the work was beyond professional. We had our main deck replaced. Remodel Rx is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our prior roofer tried for 3 years to locate and fix the source of our roof leak. Remodel Rx found it immediately and fixed it once and for all. We subsequently hired Remodel Rx to replace our skylights and windows and now our front door. The quality of their work is superior. Remodel Rx's roofers are acrobats who work 4 stories up, hanging from tethers, to replace sloped roof shingles. To say that this is hazardous duty is an understatement. Yet, they make it look easy. Remodel Rx takes safety seriously and takes good care of the hardest working roofers we have ever had. If you have a complicated roof that needs replacing, then Remodel Rx is the company you should hire. In addition, Remodel Rx's doors and windows workers are the best: hard-working, efficient, effective, respectful, etc. In short, we could not be happier with the results. We hired Remodel RX to install new windows after we moved into our new house. They offered the best price by far, with comparable or better materials than other contractors who we had come out to do an estimate.

When the windows were available and it was time to install, they were responsive and flexible with us on scheduling. They did the install in one day, the installers were very professional. We'll definitely be working with them again when we need additional repair/updates.

Best contractor experience ever from Sales to Install! Restored faith there are still professional companies out there who value your business, time and want to ensure 100% satisfaction. Many act like they're doing you a favor and/or communication is poor, but not Remodel RX. Vin offered a reasonable price for new windows and gutters/spouts. Steve and Ryan made great suggestions, as we wanted to replace windows while retaining character and charm of home. Joe and team reached out to discuss interior caulk color to ensure we were pleased with final look. Install was pretty much seamless and crews were very detail oriented, leaving home interior spotless, even w/ snow on ground. Took very good COVID precautions as well. The final result was a transformed home that looks amazing inside and out!

Our roof was installed within days of signing the contract. They worked from early morning to late day and had the entire roof installed in one day. I returned home to a clean yard and a beautiful new roof.

Installed 5 big picture windows and double hung window on the back of our home. Vin, our rep and owner of the company, was professional even advising us on replacement window options that not only saved us money but would be more energy efficient too. He followed up with a visit at the time of installation and they did an excellent job. Quality of the product was very good too. Pricing was competitive and fair. Considering the service and quality of the product, I feel we received excellent value. They are the first company we will call when we need our roof redone or my wife gets her way with entry doors.

Very efficient. Had to work in 95 degree heat. They were very careful with trucks in my driveway to avoid my well. Same safety experience up and down my roof. Cleaned my gutters, covered my shrubs, and the entire area around my house. Could not find a single nail anywhere. All this was accomplished in a single day. Heavy rain three days after the installation and I did not hear a drop on any ceiling. Overall a fantastic job and I am very pleased. Highly recommended them to anyone. Mike.

From start to finish, RemodelRX has been perfect. I saw their station at the home expo where there was no pressure and no BS! We even received an exclusive discount just for attending the show. The salesman was extremely professional and transparent. The installation team blew away our expectations as they were professional and courteous the whole time and clean up was done promptly. The roof looks amazing and just how we imagined. Our roof needed all of the boards replaced and they didnt try to gauge us like other contractors. We got 5 quotes before we made our decision and RX was definitely the best bang for the buck, not the cheapest but cheapest roof isn't always the better purchase. Highly recommended.

Representitives have been extremely thorough explaining their findings after our roof's inspection. They provided us with different options available and their associated cost estimates. They have been very accomodating and flexible, on the scheduling of the installation day. The crew was very professional and did the work as promished in one day. The quality is impeccable!! We had Remodel RX do the full job on our home; windows, siding, and roof. At first I was a little apprehensive about using them as they have not been in business as long as some other firms. However, their prices were competitive and they were one of the few companies that do flat type roofing which our house required as well as windows and siding. They also seemed very motivated to do a good job. They came through with flying colors. Everyone; owners, crew, schedulers, etc. were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to adjustments or even additional work we requested. They were very responsive to phone calls and texts. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. The also worked quickly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Remodel RX is an up and coming company and I wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation giving them your highest consideration.

The guys at Remodel RX are second to none! They replaced our front door/side lights and everything went exactly as they said it would. They are very polite and take every consideration to protect your home while they are working. Not one speck of dirt left when they were done.

From start to finish we had a great experience replacing our windows with Remodel Rx. The sales call with Steve was matter of fact, no pressure; the pricing was good, the quality was good, so we went with it. When we had questions afterwards, he was responsive. Our installation was right on time as predicted. They had to delay a day due to ridiculous rain, but called very early to let me know that was the case, and I was thankful they weren't trying to press through in awful weather. The installation team arrived on time, explained the process, asked if I had any questions. They were considerate of our home and cleaned up as they went. Our install took a day and a half. Windows look great; trim looks great; everything looks/feels/sounds solid and well buttoned-up. Vin, the owner, called the next day to follow up and see how things went before sending us the final invoice. He left his cell phone # with us and encouraged us to contact him if we have any problems/questions. Can't imagine being more satisfied. What could have been a very stressful decision and process was remarkably easy and pleasant.

We used Remodel RX to replace our front door. Vin came out for the initial consult. The project ended up being more expensive than we expected but after pricing out with the big stores, the pricing was not out of line. We also felt more comfortable with a contractor we could call directly, rather than go through the big guys contracting system.

Once we signed the contract, the order/install went exactly as Vin described. The installers were professional, courteous, and most importantly, good at their job.

Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised with how well this project went.
