Mark did a wonderful job in our bathroom and crawlspace. Very nice man and so knowledgeable! We appreciate all the recommendations and options Mark gave us. At the end of the day I enjoy the peace of mind knowing that everything is safe and leak free and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Mark and plan on using him for future projects!

Mark, Artemio, and the rest of the team took care of everything very promptly and professionally. I needed a leaky bathtub faucet addressed for a rental property. We included the tenant in the text thread, exchanged some pictures, answered some questions, and they did their thing within 24 hours. The cost was fair and reasonable given the timing and quality of work. I would be happy to work with them again and highly recommend to anybody in need of plumbing services.

Mark is honestly one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He is fair and honest, and his prices are very reasonable. Mark replaced our sump pump and ejector pit, as well as addressed a few other plumbing issues around our house. He was incredibly thorough in explaining his work, and really helped me understand how the plumbing functions in my house. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help bring things up to code. If you are looking for an excellent plumber, give Mark a call!

We had an ongoing situation with multiple foundational fractures and a high water table that was continuously flooding our crawlspace. We utilized Premium Restorations services and hired them to waterproof our building. They fixed the foundation with epoxy injections, installed a French drainage system including sump pump, and finished over with concrete.
We couldn’t be happier with the results. The finished product is simply exceptional. We truly appreciate Mark, Jacob and Val and the great pride they took in their work. You will be hard pressed to find someone else more committed.

My wife and I have hired Premium Restorations company to finish our unfinished basement in addition to repairing damaged foundations with multiple water leaks. It was a very complicated project featuring an unusual design of soundproof theatre room.

The builder was fully invested and kept the project on a reasonable time line. If any delays occurred, they were met with putting in extra time. I have found Mark, the project manager friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. He took the time to listen and understood our vision. His ideas helped us to think through details. He was available on our schedule and developed reality where building codes were met without sacrificing quality or style. We are very happy!

I am writing this review, however I am positive words will not be able to provide the level of excellence that Mark has provided for our house. My husband and I had the misfortune of having a burst pipe in our basement. We contacted State Farm and we were ready to utilize another company whom we have used before. Their service was okay at best, but it was good enough.
We’ve had our house serviced by several “reputable” companies before and we’ve come to expect a certain level of service; most of the time, it’s been mediocre at best.
While we waited for the company to get back to us, Mark was kind enough to answer back even though he knew we might not use his services. We were surprised by his professionalism and kindness.
We ended up using him to redo our basement, which was probably the best choice we’ve ever made. From the beginning he was fast, proficient, professional and courteous. He installed the flooring and it was absolutely perfect! I am a very picky person in general and I could not find a single flaw in his work.
We are looking forward to using his services for the rest of our house!!

We are leaving this review in receipt of mitigation services provided by Premium Builders & Restorations. Our lower level was flooded when the sewer backed up. Its terrifying to find your basement completely trashed smelling like waste processing facility. You are unable to save any of your furniture or personal items. So much for the city's aging sewer lines!

The premium provided us with an outstanding service and results. I guess State Farm knows why they recommend this restoration company. The basement was mitigated and restored in just 3 weeks, and based on their recommendation we had them install a sewer backup valve. Hopefully we are safe going forward.

This is an excellent restoration company! They are fast and efficient, pay attention to details. They surprised us with a few innovative ideas, upgrades were reasonably priced and completed as agreed. We certainly appreciate their honesty, commitment, flexibility, and would use them again without hesitation. We are pleased!

We finished our basement a little over a year ago and had such a great experience with Premium Builders and Restoration! From the very start Mark did an amazing job making sure everything was done not only right but above our expectations. It is really a top notch company that I wound use again in a heartbeat (In fact we have asked Mark to quote us for flooring and plan to use him for our Kitchen in the future). While he probably won't be as cheap as some, the experienced people, attention to detail and desire to ensure you are pleased with the work is worth the slightly higher cost. You get what you pay for and we could not be more pleased. Having started with a budget company and having a terrible experience, I can say that if you haven't been happy with your contractors in the past, that may be why. Give Mark a call.

I hired Premium Restorations to add a new layer of shingles on my roof, to repair a small leak that would only have gotten worse. Work was done in a professional, timely manner. Clean/up was excellent and done each day. I am very satisfied with the Job.

Premium Builders & Restorations did a fantastic job custom finishing our basement. I felt I could trust them in our home without us being there, which would have been difficult with some of the other companies we interviewed. I appreciated when any issue arose, they communicated with us immediately so we could discuss solutions. I inspected the work daily and never saw any corners cut or lower grade material used, so I really value the quality and craftsmanship they provided.

They did such a good job I had them come back and repaint my front porch and replace some trim on my patio door, it looks fabulous now!

To who it may concern;

I recently had Premium Restorations restoring my bathroom that was covered in black mold. Not only were they already busy with another jobs, but considered my five years old daughter and I being stuck in an environment in which Mark was surprised we weren't sick. Aside from gutting the bathroom, adding an exhaust fan, new window, tiling the shower walls up to the ceiling and installing new switches and outlets, the mold was removed and preventive treatment was applied. I am nothing short of being pleased with the quality work of Premium Restorations.

I highly encourage anybody to contract and utilize Premium Restorations services; however if one considers seeking the quality of excellence.

We had the terrible misfortune of our garage being set on fire by an arsonist, and it was a total loss. We hired Premium Builders & Restorations to rebuild it. They dealt with our Allstate insurance company directly, and an otherwise stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly effortless.

The new structure was erected within a reasonable time frame. We could see that the builder did not cut corners, and used the solid, good old fashioned way of framing the walls and the roof. We noticed they used good quality materials, and did not skimp on workmanship in order to save a few dollars, or a few hours. From the tear down, material deliveries, dumping and hauling, concrete pouring, and the finished product, the experience was great!
