Prompt work, diligence, and thoroughness are key attributes for 17Colin Construction. Norma and Luis are fantastic to work with. We use them daily for our Apartment Complex needs. My company is heavy in turn-around demand time; Norma and Luis’s crew do NOT disappoint in meeting and exceeding deadlines, and their work is completed with integrity.

The owners also work with their crew and are prompt billers as we close our books every month which is tantamount in keeping up with our monthly budgeting. The detailed billing positively exceeds our criteria that we mandate ie, pics, specified billing etc, and they run a tight ship and assist their workers if needed.

Look no further if 17 Colin Construction sends in a bid or to do your home and interior renovations, including, decking, drywall, landscaping, home cleaning needs etc. - you will not be disappointed.
