Reliant Roof Pros

After my first home was hit by the 2023 tornado in Little Rock, less than a year after I bought it, I hired Reliant Roof Pros to repair my home. Scott handled everything, even got my insurance to approve a new roof instead of just a patch job that the insurance company originally insisted on. Scott was present when the adjusters came to my home to make sure that they didn't miss anything or try to discount the seriousness of anything. They also subcontracted my other needs so that I only had to coordinate with a single business instead of multiple. They took a lot of things off my shoulders in what was one of the most stressful times of my life. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mark Rondot was exceptional. I had filtered through some other roofing companies to get my relatively small roof job fixed and Mark provided me a solution with his contacts for a special order chimney cap. As soon as it was finished he put it up just a few days after receipt of the customs made product and it’s being doing well.

Reliant Roofs was amazing to work with. Their front man, Seth, handled everything explaining it multiple times and went out of his was to make it easy on so many levels.

They worked on my time, worked around my schedule and my tenants schedule and did an amazing job.

Had a wonderful experience with Mike B. with getting the free inspection to help with filing with insurance and all the way through getting my roof replaced. Good, reliable company. Easy to work with. They worked with my insurance company. Quality workmanship and materials. Did a good job cleaning up.

Reliant uses subcontractors, I was told that my roof would be started on a Monday, but they dropped their trailer in front of my garage on a Friday and trapped my wife's vehicle inside for the weekend. I contacted the salesman but he couldn't help. They left the left over shingles in my yard for over a month on a pallet. The roof work is good, but their service is questionable.

We did not even know that we had storm damage until Reliant inspected. They met the adjuster and helped with the insurance claim. Unfortunately our policy took out depreciation so the final settlement was too small to replace the roof at the time. But we will definitely call if we have another roofing problem.

If you are looking to do get the job done right and fabulous friendly service... then here it is!!! They are fabulous!! We were needing to get a roof replacement done and everything about them was perfect! Natalie not only took great care of us, but so did everyone else we were in contact with! I was so stressed with having to get a new roof and list our house to sell. They made the process in the middle of the pandemic easy and a breeze for me. The roof not only looks fabulous, but even the inspector for the new buyers complimented the job!! Highly recommend!!!

The team was fast, thorough, and professional. They removed and existing metal roof, repaired the decking, and installed a new shingle roof. They returned a few weeks later and repaired some wind damage from a severe storm. We have been very happy with the work they did.

Miss Natalie was very knowledgeable about the roofing company‘s policies also of the policies of the insurance companies I was able to use my insurance policy, understanding what they could do for me based on her knowledge. Wonderful job was done by this company very professional and I count it all to miss Natalie expertise.
