What started out as good relationship with this company turned very unsatisfying when we were handed off to an underling to manage our account. From that point on, details were glossed over, quality control became non existent, production demand was never met, materials were not ordered timely to meet our sales expectations, phone calls and texts went unreturned for weeks at a time. To top it off, they had the audacity to reprice our project 35% higher, even attempting to charge more for work already under quote that material had already been acquired for. We have taken our 6 figure annual account elsewhere. Use caution when choosing this company and make sure you aren't getting brushed off to the underling. Deal with Jesse or the owner directly!
