They were fast, which would be good if done to code without trash flying constantly all over and not being able to leave our units safely while they were here. The felt used on the back of this unit is different from the rest of the building which was an inferior product. Bathroom fan vents were not vented on the first floor and second floor vents were hung by the mushroom attic vents-not up to code. Limited ice and water shield was used and not everywhere it should have been. We were not notified of when they were coming to work. Damage to outside fences, landscaping, and property occurred. Nails are also left throughout the landscaping as well.

Update:
Jim has made efforts to rectify the problems at our building, which we appreciate. It seems that the issues we experienced in relation to garbage and safety have been rectified at the current job they are doing for our development.

Our bigger concern is that the Village of Gurnee’s Building Department is not expecting work to be done up to

Quick, reliable and honest group. They were upfront about what needed to be addressed now and what could hold off for another year or so. The superintendent for the project was very accommodating by walking with us and explaining every bit of what they were doing and why.

Reliable Roofing is certainly above the rest of the Roofing Subcontractors. They showed up as scheduled and didn't pull off until the work was entirely complete. Definitely my go to roofing company!!!!

Reliable Roofing was on-site less than 12 hours after we called them about a recurring leak we had on a building in Park Ridge. Reliable came in, identified the location of the leak and repaired it. Then they inspected the balance of the roof and repaired two other locations. I highly recommend Reliable Roofing!
