In 2019 Reliable replaced the gutters and downspouts on my house that were original and too small for the roof area and pitch. I no longer have waterfalls over the gutters in heavy rainstorms. They recently replaced the 17 year old roof and were able to keep the gutters and downspouts. They suggested and installed a better ventilation system that will keep the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. They completed the work in 3 days and were meticulous in the cleanup. A member of management followed up with a final inspection and to answer any further questions I had. Their work was excellent and professional.

Roger, the roof technician was extremely knowledgeable and I do appreciate his kindness towards my mother as she can be a handful at times but he was patient. Our experience with Reliable Residential Roofing & Guttering has been very positive. When I called Reliable Residential Roofing, arrangements were made to meet with David (sales consultant) the following day. We needed roof and chimney repairs, due to water leaks. David was very helpful in assessing the repair needs, and he was always very prompt in his communications. We were very fortunate that Roger (roof and chimney repair specialist) was assigned to do the work. Roger did a wonderful job, and he was very detailed and professional. I have used this company's services for two repairs. The first was a leaky roof in our sunroom and they recently fixed our rotting soffits. When I got multiple quotes from several companies for the leak, Reliable was literally the only company that proposed an affordable fix for the leak instead of some super expensive alternative. One other company wanted to replace the whole roof. One wanted to replace the sky light, which may not have fixed the leak. Reliable fixed the leak over a year ago, and we have had a dry sunroom ever since.

The only downsides are that when you accept the job, you are added to their repair list and it will take several weeks for them to complete the job. If it's more of an emergency, they may treat it differently, but both of my repairs look a while to complete. As far as I know, they don't have any means to pay electronically, which is inconvenient. Nonetheless, they have done good work for us at a reasonable price. When the roof does actually need to be replaced, we will surely have them do it!

I had a 10 minute job to get a shingle out of a gutter on a two story house. The shingle was identified during the house inspection and had to be removed ASAP in order for my son to close on the sale of the house. I called a few companies and no one was willing to help...except Reliable. They came over, removed the shingle and did so at no cost. My kind of company! I will call them back if me or my family/friends need anything roofing.

We used this company to install half round gutters, and new fascia boards on our historic home, as well as fixing an existing rafter that had rotted. Firstly they have very competitive pricing, with how bloated some of the larger roofing companies have gotten lately, it was refreshing to see some honest numbers. Secondly, they also are willing to help on smaller custom projects. Thirdly, the installers were GREAT, they were knowledgable and timely, but more than anything they ASKED QUESTIONS to ensure they did what we wanted. I cannot tell you how many people in this town do not do this. So we greatly appreciated the open communication on site. Lastly, I will end this on a caveat that communication with the main office needs working on, which seems quite uninformed on projects in the office (who doesn't know scheduling?) I cant rightly blame them as the company seems to have set itself up to giving selective information to certain people, which can lead to a microcosmic view of a project that goes through many different hands doing their small part, this can quite frankly lead to mistakes and miscommunication (which almost happened on ours). So as long as you are clear with your contractural needs, and you stay on top of them, the guys actually doing the work in the field seem hardworking and communicative enough to get it done. In the end we would definitely recommend them.

UPDATE!!! Called Nick & David back to check out some areas another vendor brought to my attention. They zoomed back, explained what they saw and evaluated, with their years of experience & calmed my concerns. Offered to address a couple things, but nothing was alarming like another vendor tried to convince me. They are trustworthy and honest and saved me great expense.

Reliable Roofing is responsive with very competive quotes & professional recommendations. Both Nick Parker & Tony stay on top of the project. They are attentive to any concerns & walk you through the job! Florio is excellent managing his team & I am happy to say I do not have any concerns about their workmanship & completed job. I recommend get quotes & going with a company that has been in this specific business because of their expertise. Heads above the five others I received quotes from! RRR replaced our old skylights and re-sloped our rain gutters. They did excellent work, cleaned the mess and were courteous. When I got on the roof, they were patient and clear in showing me how the skylights were installed. I highly recommend this company.

Reliable replaced my roof recently and I was very impressed with their performance. Their crew stayed until dark to finish the project in one day. Clean up was excellent. I obtained competitive quotes and while reliable was not the cheapest they were the best value.

Reliable recently installed a roof on my Mother's home on Southpoint Drive. I have been very pleased with the work these guys did. They completed the job in (1) day and totally cleaned up the debris. We haven't had any issues or found any mistakes that would need a call back to repair. I monitored the installation and noted the materials used were first class as quoted on their estimate. I found their costs to be in line with other installers.
