With the firm Reliable Contractors, I just had my roof replaced with new GAF shingles (Timberline HDZ) unexpectedly. All started after a severe storm in 08/2024 which led to evident roof damages based on the inspection findings from two independent entities including Reliable Contractors. Following the repeated denials of the claim from the insurance company Lemonade (due to continued divergences in interpretation of the findings that would require additional time/entity to reconcile), Christian and Chris from the firm recommended to replace given foreseeable risks of roof leaking secondary to the identified damages. Impressed by their diligent inspection work and professionalism demonstrated since then, I got more confidence in their assessment despite the Lemonade’s ignorance of the findings and decided to have the roof issue addressed ASAP. Three weeks after signing off the detailed work contract, I got the new roof installed by a skilled team (i.e., Elmer’s) to my observation. Overall, the replacement was well conducted and its quality is to be tested/monitored in my life time besides the offered GAF “Silver Pledge Limited Warranty”. I much appreciate the great services of Reliable Contractors and the related replacement team, thereby recommending it highly to those who may have similar experiences or issues to what I had.

Workers were very courteous. Especially Elmer, when showing concern if everything was done to my liking on the interior touch ups , and property clean up that followed.

I am ole school so when it comes to customer service I am really impressed at the service that I got from Sharon, who only called to check on a signature of completion, but she exceeded in the call of above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed.
