Brandon and the rest of the team are great. They are super quick to get a quote and they won't just give you a blanket statement "Needs to be replaced" like most roofers. I have tons of roofs I deal with for clients and these folks have been the best. I will continue to use them in the future!

“Installed” TPO membrane roof on a new build in Denver a few years back. Horrible, sloppy work, not to code. Forced them back out to “fix” all the problems, most of which persist to this day. 7 year “warranty” for the original roof has expired and they will not stand by any of the “repairs” done even just 2 years ago, which are of course still leaking. Nightmare of a company, riddled with rude, incompetent morons. Avoid at all cost.

I’ve been using Reitz for years. First as a home builder. No as a real estate agent. Their response time and value are unbeatable.

I have used them three times. (Different properties). They have always been more than honorable, fair and easy to work with. Easy recommendation.

I've been dealing with Reitz Roofing for over 20 years and they are hands down, my "go-to" roofer. As a realtor, I always recommend them to my clients, and they have done roofs for several of my family members' personal residences at my recommendation. They get estimates done quickly, they schedule in a timely manner within my deadlines, and they do quality work at the best prices. I've also had several projects where I've needed personal interactions with both Bernie and Brandon, so I can attest to the personal touch they give their clients. I trust their opinions and advice and would never call anyone else!

First, I’m taking accountability for my portion of why I had such a terrible experience with this company. I’m a first-time homeowner and had absolutely no idea how homeowner’s insurance worked (I’ve never even had to file a claim on my car before). That being said, Reitz Roofing are the professionals in this case, and they were anything but. Not once did they confirm or ask anything about insurance prior to the roof being replaced. After the roof was completed, I explained the situation to both them and my insurance, and my insurance was more than willing to work with them to get a claim filed and approved. However, Reitz Roofing didn’t record ANY of the damage to our roof. They said they took pictures at one point but deleted them. When I asked why they deleted them, they backtracked and said that pictures weren't taken at all because I had to specifically request that to be done, which was NEVER communicated to me. They were aware that we were replacing our roof due to damage, so I have no idea why they wouldn’t have mentioned this to me (if it’s even a real policy). I spoke to other roofing professionals because I was desperate for help, and every one of them said that recording and saving the damage is standard practice. Again, I understand that my naivety with insurance created an issue and I apologized to them for this, but the fact that they seemingly lied about recording the damage, and never once confirmed with us about insurance prior to the roof being fixed completely screwed us. My husband and I now have to pay thousands of dollars for this roof, and not once was there even a slight apology for their poor communication. They did provide me with a slight discount though, which I do appreciate, but not without once again refusing to answer my questions about the damage not being recorded or saved (which would have allowed my insurance to approve the claim) and threatening collections. My insurance agent was absolutely appalled with this situation and how they handled it. I was completely taken advantage of.

We worked with Reitz Roofing when we bought our new house. We wanted class 4 shingles in black and due to supply issues we weren't able to actually replace our roof for 4 months. This wasn't an issue with us, however the lack of communication with updates as to when the replacement could happen were awful. We had to constantly check in with them. Once our roof replacement took place it looked great, however the crew damaged the siding in multiple areas so we had to call them to get that replaced. They took action and quickly sent a siding repairman out which was great. Post roof, they never sent us an invoice and we had to reach out to them to get it sent. Overall, the quality of work was good, but could improve on their communication.

I highly recommend Reitz Roofing Company to anyone in need of roofing services. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them the top choice in the industry. I have been working with them for several years now and will continue to work with them in the future for any roofing needs. Unfortunately, I had a sour taste in my mouth after speaking with the receptionist (Melody or Melanie? I couldn't quite catch her name). She had an attitude over the phone that quickly turned me away from using this company. I'd rather wait longer for another contractor who actually appreciates and wants my business.

Reitz roofing is responsive, professional and timely. They hold true to their commitments and follow through. No haggling, fair price and does the job right. I was personally impressed with them not wanting to “get more money” outside of the necessary build. They listen to the customer and respond quickly. I have Reitz supposedly replacing a roof, with work to be completed by tomorrow, 7/21. Tiles delivered but no work done. This roof needs to be completed and inspection done by 7/24. The communication has been awful from the start. The buyers real estate agent suggested these people and although I had a lower bid, we chose Reitz because they were thought them to be a known commodity. I was told they would start today. No one has called to say otherwise. My neighbors are reporting no work is being done. My realtor is going over daily and telling us the same. This is totally unacceptable.

7 years ago, my neighbor in my quad plex decided to replace a roof-
Well here comes Reitz, tearing off my roof, which I did not authorize. This was a domino effect- as all the other neighbors were forced to replace their roof
Fast forward to now. I have major leaking - Come to find out, they did not replace the tar paper, some areas have NO tar paper and non of the sub-roof was replaced (maybe because I didn't pay for the new roof that they tore off by mistake). I was told this roofing job probably would not pass code. I would think twice before using them

I sold real estate for 30+ years in Denver and never used another roofer for my many properties or my many clients...Reitz is superior on every level. My highest respect for all the men and women who work here!

Great roofing company, they did a quality job and clean up. They are very responsive and provide quality at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I found Reitz to be deceitful in their business practices. We had them come out in May to give a estimate on a house we were under contract on and used that quote as a basis of negotiation during the inspection. Fast forward one month, I call to schedule the replacement and discuss upgrades to the shingles. At that point I’m then told, because of a price increase from their supplier, the roof will be $500 more than originally quoted. Ok, fine….I guess I can understand that. 2 weeks later after Tucker didn’t respond to an email to confirm scheduling I called to check in. Now I’m told it’s an additional $500 more than that! $1000 more than originally quoted, and this isn’t a very big roof. I’ll find a respectable, honest company to complete the work as I wouldn’t want any more surprises $ to come when the final invoice arrives. Looks like others have had similar experiences.

Very disappointed in our experience with Reitz Roofing. We submitted a warranty claim for our shingles and Reitz cashed the check even though the amount received from the warranty provider was only for 50% of the expected amount. Per explicit wording on the check, the Warranty Claim was considered final as soon as the check was cashed, so we lost thousands of dollars. Reitz knew that my husband was trying to resolve the situation with the materials provider but they cashed the check anyway. Even worse, they did not send us our 50% until 3 months after the check was cashed. Would not recommend.

Great experience. Good price, came out quickly and replaced roof + other items needed. Had county inspector come out during and after to sign off. All done within a week. Great work, thanks

By far one of the poorest experiences with a contractor I have ever experienced. We were required to use Reitz through our home buyer's request on the inspection report. They were never able to give us a time or date that they would arrive and threw a fit when they couldn't come on the one day of the week where we could not have any work done on the house (even asked why they couldn't come...cause I work that day), their customer service rep on the phone was rude and snippy, and they didn't request any payment when they finished the work so we had to call them and check to see if we could receive the invoice. Still not sure if their work will match the estimate agreement, but with this company, who knows? 100% would not recommend.

Reitz Roofing did a great job! They were efficient, on time and provided me with the product my HOA required at a fair price. In an industry that is plagued with substandard contractors, this company is a standout!

Reitz originally installed the roof on the house I bought, there was a manufacturer defect I
the shingle after a year. They came out and shipped off a sample to the manufacturer and took care of the warranty in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them. Thanks for the clean and good work!

We are so impressed with this company and their employees! From the owner to the laborers, they were professional and did quality work. And the City of Arvada’s Inspector was impressed as well! The rain had them behind but it sure didn’t slow them down once they got a nice day. One day, yes, one day and they had our roof completely finished! And we have a large home. They cleaned up wonderfully!! Left our property better than they found it. I have already recommended Reitz Roofing and will continue to do so! Highly recommend! We have used Reitz Roofing 3 times within the last 10 years, and couldn't have been happier each time. They just completed our latest project with a quick turnaround time (as is usual), and it looks great. We've always found their pricing to be the best, and you don't sacrifice anything for quality.

Reitz installed my roof when we bought our house in 2011 and the job was done fast, professionally and was very affordable. Through no fault of theirs our swamp cooler began to leak and did a little roof damage. I called Jim, the manager, and he showed up to my house in under 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed an issue with the swamp cooler and our whole house humidifier, which was set much too high. Even though we were out of the warranty period he sent someone over to redo the areas around the swamp cooler and at no charge. If you are looking for a new roof or having a problem I highly recommend using Reitz!

Excellent service , and the workmanship was flawless. Had the roof stripped of three layers and perfectly replaced in less than 7 hours. The roof looks better than I imagined !! Thanks to all the folks at Reitz Roofing for a painless process at the best price. 5 STARS !!

This is by far the best choice we have made concerning home repairs in a long time. Everything about working with reitz was hassle free, straight forward, and done with a sense of pride in workmanship. First off, I appreciated their simple contract with no fine print or hidden stipulations, that was something I didn't get from the other company's. Then, they went out of their way to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and were comfortable in our choice, there was no high pressure pitch for anything, and we appreciated that. And lastly but most importantly, the crew that came out and replaced our roof was efficient, effective and accommodating. They even took extra care in cleaning up the yard before they left because they knew we had a little piggy that would eat anything he found out there, that was extremely appreciated. When I'm wrong I'm wrong. I previously left a much too hasty negative review of this company. First off, my roof looks great and the price was excellent. That was always the case. There was a minor issue with clean up and a couple small problems that needed addressed after the roofing crew left... but once these things were brought to the company's attention they sent someone out the very next day to make it right. That's proper service, and my cynical review was unwarranted. Thanks Reitz Roofing for the top notch customer service.

This is a solid company. They came and fixed a leak that was caused by poor work from a prior roofing company.

Wonderful to deal with. I called probably 10 times with questions before hand and they had to deal with my attached neighbor as well. They always patiently answered all questions and got the project done ahead of schedule. Both crews I had out (on 2 separate jobs) worked super clean. Will definitely use Reitz on my next house.

I had Reitz come out to fix another's installers poor job in 2012, in which cause flooding in the house. Reitz fixed everything did incorrectly for a reasonable price and haven't had an issue since. Thanks

Reitz installed a new roof on our house in 2009 and the area over our porch where there is a low-slope roof started leaking last fall. Parts of the roof actually BLEW OFF during a snow storm and we now have no fewer than 10 leaks. They REFUSE to cover it via warranty and they gave me an estimate for me to pay $2000 to install a better roof where the existing low-slope is - despite the fact the roof is only 6 years old. When I asked why they installed such a crappy product to begin with that they knew would fail, all they could answer is "i don't know:" DON'T USE REITZ. They could care less about their customers.

Simply the BEST ! I've used Reitz roofing for over a decade, had them re-roof my home and 4 rentals that we own... And they do a great job! They always beat the competition in price. They wrap my home in protective tarps and plywood, then they can completely strip and reroof a home in 24 to 48 hours. PS - I even trusted them to reroof my mother-in-Laws home... enough said !!

Nightmare--Having used Reitz in the past, we called them immediately after a hail storm damaged our house last spring. The experience that ensued was a true nightmare. Our home was damaged May 2014--the roof was complete/passed inspection in spring 2015. In a nutshell, here is our story: Roofers came out to remove damaged roof, thereby leaving our home vulnerable to rain--it rained that very night, so we woke up in the middle of the night with water pouring through our light fixtures and fans in two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which caused internal damage. We stressed the importance of nail removal in our yard, as we live in a neighborhood with thousands of children. We personally picked up over 100 nails the week of Halloween. Reitz came out again to remove nails, and after they completed another sweep of our yard we found another 50 to 100 nails. Reitz damaged our gate, solar panels, garage door, and flower gardens. While they did fix most of the damage to our house, the roof failed inspection multiple times. The discount was roughly 7% for all of this distress, so I do NOT recommend this company. Horrible!

Had a positive experience with Reitz. I called them to inspect my roof prior to putting my house on the market. My realtor recommended them because other clients of hers had had positive experiences with them and their rates were good.

I called them and 2 other roofing companies. They got back to me with an estimate for replacement of the roof within 3 days. I had wanted them to certify the roof rather than replace it. I emailed and asked why they wrote an estimate for replacement. They responded immediately and explained the damage they found and why the roof could not be repaired or certified.

I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. They adjuster reported the same information back to me as Reitz. When one of the other roofing companies got back to me (more than 10 days later) they confirmed what Reitz had said as well. So these guys were giving me a straight estimate and they did it quickly and at a better price.

It is hard to know if you can trust a roofing company when they tell you it has to be replaced. These guys were honest and had better customer service.
