Fernando was amazing. He came out to fix our skylight that was leaking. He repaired it on the spot and was absolutely informative on how the leak started and where it progressed. If you want someone who is honest, pays attention to detail and quality this is your guy!

Their damage consultant Fernando came over quickly and professionally assessed the situation, made preventative repairs to avoid future leakage and provided me the documentation needed to keep my insurance company from imposing an unneeded, expensive repair - all at a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend working with Fernando should you need a post-storm roof inspection, or should you be hassled by your homeowners insurer to correct something you suspect is not needed.

Fernando and his team at NWS provided same day estimates and next day service for minor roof repair prior to listing a home. He arrived on time, answered all my questions, gave a fair quote for a steep roof, and took care of business the next day. He exceeded expectations. I highly recommend him and NWS.

Contractors often have a reputation for being gruff and unresponsive. But don't put this company in that category. They're an outfit that you'll recommend to your friends and relatives.

No runaround here. An appointment was made. A representative showed up...on time. He made suggestions. Emailed estimate and contract the next day — workers came a couple of days later to repair the roof. The workers went about their job with no loud conversation, no radio and no mess.
