From the very beginning Dave and Nick fought for us! Our roof was damaged due to a storm but we had been denied several times by the insurance company. Nick always assured us that they were going to get our roof replaced for us and that they did! They always kept us aware of what was happening every step of the way. We contacted Regal Enterprises because our gutters were not working.

Regal Enterprises delivered outstanding service and did high quality work when replacing the roof on our home in Shakopee, MN. From the initial contact to the final buyoff, their staff were courteous, responsive, and willing to listen to our needs.

They paid close attention to details when speaking with the adjuster. As a result, the claim covered all required work. One specific example of this attention to detail is Regal found and photographed damage to the vent pipe and its seal. This turned out to be the root cause of an occasional leak inside our home. Upon finding this issue, Regal put a temporary fix in place which kept things dry during a series of rain showers and storms prior to the roof replacement.

Once the claim was approved, Regal acted quickly to identify shingle options and verified with the City of Shakopee approved shingle types. Thereafter, we chose shingle color and materials were ordered promptly.

Scheduling removal and replacement accounted for our family's needs. This enabled me to work from home during part of that time. Also, this helped me manage a chronic daily headache, while at home during the process.

The crew was courteous and professional. They carefully collected and removed scrap material as well as put away tools and unused materials when finished. All the while, Regal maintained good supervision of the process.

In short, Regal will be our first choice for future roof inspection and repairs.

Worked well with the insurance company. No hidden charges or changes in the price. Good cleanup and dumpster taken away promptly. Job site was left in safe condition each day. All city inspections were passed right away.

Dave is a knowledgeable and honest contractor. Some years back he re-roofed our house. And in the fall of 2016 he sided the lower level of my house. The job had unique issues that took creativity to resolve. He did a lot of research and courteously answered a ton of questions. Based on his long time experience Dave came up with a steel siding that looks beautiful and that met our unusual construction circumstances . I would hire him again.

Hard working, reliable and knowledgable. Super efficient as well! Probably the most honest contractor I've come across. Anytime I need a contractor I know who to call!
