Absolutely LOVE this company. If it weren't for them, I would have went with what the insurance company was telling me and never gotten a roof. They assisted me with pushing the insurance company to do the right thing. The insurance company pushed back and sent a structural engineer to inspect the roof after they had sent 2 insurance adjusters , the engineer agreed with Regal Contracting and the entire roof was replaced at the insurance companies expense. Regal Contracting absolutely went above and beyond . They did more than they were expected and were happy to do it. I was terrified that with 3 dogs and a lot of kids that someone would step on a left behind nail. They assured me it wouldn't happen by the way they cleaned up, and came back again just to be sure. If I could use Regal Contracting for everything I wouldn't hesitate. Wonderful, caring company ❤️

They are a "Keeper"! Mr Tolsin's crew were truly professional, focused on the whole problem, and courteous. They called a day ahead to verify that their supplies had arrived. The arrived on time, they did a thorough job. Then they cleaned up my yard, and even took an old mattress away with the dumpster. Then Mr Tolson did a follow-up call a week or so later, to see if there were any additional problems from their work.

Eugene came out looked at the roof. Told me we could have insurance pay for it. The guys at regal handled talking to the insurance company and getting everything handled and had a new roof on the house within a month and a half. Great guys and a great company to work with!!!! No complaints what so ever.

The guys from Regal were very professional. They help was extremely valuable for us when it came to dealing with our insurance and adjuster. Their crew, once the tear down and replacement started, were very professional and cleaned up well around the job site. The new roof looks wonderful and we have the peace of mind that can only be had when dealing with a professional and courteous company like Regal!

Very professional and honest! My husband and I made an offer on a house and needed a roof inspection ASAP. Bubba came to the house that same evening after he finished his other jobs and sent tons of pictures that our home inspector wasn’t able to get. The home inspector had to use a drone bc the roof was so steep, but Bubba climbed up there without hesitation. He gave me a solid quote and timeline for the life of the roof that was fair, honest, and in line with my expectations. He also gave suggestions on how to extend the longevity of the roof already there, and how to save costs without cutting quality when we do go to replace it. He kept our budget needs in mind and was very professional. We will absolutely hire Regal Contracting next year when we go to replace the roof.
