I recently had Dane from Regal Construction come out to assess my roof, and I was incredibly impressed. Not only did he identify a problem I wasn't even aware of, but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and help me figure out how to fix it myself. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly demonstrated a strong understanding of roofing. I really apprecited his willingness to answer my barage questions honest but truthful answers and am confident in his assessment. I highly recommend Dane for his expertise and excellent customer service!

I send all of my family and friends to Dane and the Regal Construction team because I know that he will treat them as if they were his family and friends. I’m convinced you cannot find a harder working person in the industry. I will continue to send everyone to them. They respond quickly and with attention to detail. Ben Perry did an awesome job in helping us get a new roof after we had storm damage. He worked with the inspector and insurance adjuster. It was all handled very quickly. His crew was hardworking and very efficient. They did great work and cleaned up the Jo site really well when finished. I would definitely recommend Ben Perry and Regal Construction!

I am very grateful for Dane and his team. When shingles were discovered in my yard I contacted him for an assessment and estimate. He was very responsive to my request and came out same day to assess the roof. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with reassurance that my tar paper layer was still intact since we were expecting more storms later that day. Only a shingle repair was needed, not a full roof replacement as I was expecting to be told. The pricing estimate was fair and they completed the shingle repair that same week. Will definitely use Dane at Regal Construction for all my future roofing needs.

We at The Smithsonian in Benton were in the need of a general contractor for front porch repairs due to a heavy storm back in August. Where others have let us down and dragged us through months of miss communication, Regal Construction was there the day after consultation. Very professional, very friendly and it only took a total of four to complete the new roof and ceiling on our front porch. It looks better than imagined.

We had an issue at church, leak in what we thought was the roof or steeple, and they came out promptly and addressed the issue, the issue turned out not to be their problem with the roof they put on our church, they did a superior job on that, but an issue with our steeple but they didn’t shy away from it, they addressed and fixed the issue without hesitation and quickly.

This process has been the easiest all the way through. Dane with Regal Construction has explained everything throughout the process and has been so encouraging and above and beyond.

I would absolutely choose Dane with Regal again and again for our needs, and you should too.

I used Regal for the first time in April to redo some siding on my house. It was a great experience! Shane was prompt and easy to communicate with and happily answered all my questions. They did quality work and at a better price because they had a siding guy on staff and didn't subcontract it out.

I had to redo my parents' roof a few weeks ago and it was another great experience. By far the easiest contractor I've ever worked with! They helped guide me through dealing with insurance and then got the work done quickly and beautifully! And cleaned up afterwards! I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Shane! I wanted to take the time out to speak on the spectacular service of Dane Ferguson and Regal Construction. February of 2023 my husband and I had our roof replaced due to water damage. During the time of filing our claim with the homeowner's insurance we were informed that our current carrier would no longer be serving Arkansas customers(Farmers Union) and we were forced to find a new carrier. We established new homeowners' insurance(Allstate) March 2023 and an adjuster came out to inspect our home. To our surprise the new carrier indicated that the current shingles (just at a year old) were curling and by their assessment the roof looked to be at least 10 years old. The new carrier advised that they would be dropping us and new coverage would need to be established. We reached out to the original contractor(SKY BLUE ROOFING) who initially came out and looked at the roof and agreed with the insurance carrier, but shortly after, the contractor advised that our warranty was only covered for labor for the 1st year of installation of the roof and that we would have to go through the manufacture to get the roof replaced. My husband and I called numerous insurance companies to explain our predicament, and everyone indicated that due to the situation we were a liability to any insurance carrier until the roof was replaced. 2 months after losing homeowner coverage and going back and forth with the original contractor(SKY BLUE ROOFING) and the shingle manufacturer(CERTAINTEED) of the shingles we were referred to a private insurance company (Frazier Insurance) who were willing to listen to our dilemma and reached out to Dane Ferguson to take a look at our roof. The same evening that he was contacted, Dane came right over and looked at our roof. We conversed about the previous contractor, and he gave us vital information that unfortunately the original contractor(SKY BLUE ROOFING) had a less than favorable reputation and some unethical business practices. He took pictures of the roof, asked of the name of the previous rep with the original contractor that assisted us and started making calls the very next day to assist us with getting a claim filed. The entire step of the way Dane would reach out either via call or text to let us know where we were in the claim process and walk us through how he would be able to assist us with getting out roof done as soon as possible. Within about 2 weeks’ time we received an offer for our claim with the manufacturer and sent it to Dane to review. He not only gave his professional opinion on the offer but also offered a better shingle that would be only about a $300 difference out of pocket than our offer. Once we received the check and voucher for the shingles Dane got the shingles ordered and ready to replace within under a week! He was even able to get the difference of the upgraded shingles to be waived! Once his Team got to work on the roof, they determined that the old felt before the roof was replaced had not been replaced by the original contractor and advised that his guys would get it replaced for us. Not only did it take his Team a little under 5 hours to replace our roof we were pleasantly surprised that they had also waived the additional cost to replace the old felt. We cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are to Frazier insurance(Toni) for referring us to Dane Ferguson, for the time and effort he took to assist us. From the moment he came to the house he felt like an old friend just wanting to help another friend. Dane’s dedication to exceptional; customer service, honesty and care for his customer’s best interests is truly top tier and beyond our expectations. In a world where integrity is in question Dane helped to restore our faith that there are still good people in this world who want to do the right thing the first time. Dane Ferguson is a dependable and reliable. He did EVERYTHING he said he would do. Words truly can't express how thankful and appreciative of this man. I would highly recommend Dane and Regal Construction. They were phenomenal.

Regal roofing did a fantastic job with our roof after getting hail damage. We had some water damage and needed our roof repair quickly to prevent further damage to our house! My wife and I had the please to work with Jeremy Appling. They were able to work with us and our insurance company throughout the whole process. Regal roofing and Jeremy made the whole process very easy for us and stress free. Additionally Jeremy was always very easy to get ahold of and got us schedule quickly. His team of roofers were very professional and I also was very impressed that they picked up all the debris in our yard! We have three dogs and I was worried about them getting hurt by the nails in yard but shortly after finishing they throughly cleaned up everything including a few passes of the yard with a giant magnet! Shoutout to Jeremy Appling for being super helpful managing our projects! We had to have our roof redone after the storms in the spring. I was shocked that they were able to get it done in one day! The roofers were very friendly with our puppies and did a great job overall. Also it was like they were never there they cleaned up so well. I hardly noticed they were here all the roofing was done while I was at work. Would recommend! I know will be using this company for any future construction needs.

We recently had a new roof +repairs to soffit ,new gutters due to storm damage from the June 25th winds that came through here.Jeremy Appling was the Project Manager for the job and we were very satisfied with work he and his crew did for us.Jeremy kept in contact through the process and the crew did a great job installing the roof and especially the clean up.Everyone was very professional .Would recommend this company .

We were proud of our home prior to tornado. Wanted it similar when it was finished. But Regal made it even better. From our deck, roof, attic, sheet rock and windows, they improved on what we had.
Very low pressure folks and always communicating with the homeowner.

Seemingly nice people. Got an estimate and order to get the job done. We'll see how it turns out in the end. Don't see it being a bad experience at all.

Installed 6” gutters & downspouts, painted all wood trim, painted metal windows, painted vinyl siding on storage building. It all looks brand new!!! Jeremy was the project manager and was an excellent communicator- quick, polite, professional. Have already recommended to others and will be calling again for future projects.

Best roofer I've ever had! Our roof had to be replaced after a hail storm and we called them because they were recommended by Owen's Corning (since we wanted that brand). Carl was our rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came out promptly, was very knowledgable in answering all of our many questions, and worked with us to give us the most bang for our buck. On the days of the roofing, he was there much of the time to make sure everything was done right and picked up all of the nails with magnets afterward. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgable guy to help you with your roof, then ask for Carl! Roof we used was Owens Corning duration in the Estate Gray color.

I called Regal Restoration because my father had a small section of roof damage from a neighbor's fallen tree. Jeremy promptly called, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating with our timeline. He looked at the potential job, viewed the insurance papers and gave us an honest assessment of what his company can provide us. He came through for us in our time of need and represented his company well. In fact, on the day day of the job, he decreased the price a bit because he found the job didn't require as much material as anticipated. VERY HONEST GUY, and we would use this company again!!!

Regal Restoration was recommended by our insurance agent as they replaced his roof. Barry Kellerman was our sales rep and was very thorough, explaining every step, from start to finish. Our home has solar panels and so there was a bit of coordination on Regal’s part to tear off old roofing. No problem there, dates were set to take down the panels, tear off roofing then install new, and finally reinstall the panels once again. All went very smoothly, the roofing crew worked quickly and cleaned up the mess nicely. Five stars from this house. Regal Restoration’s phone number is now in our contact list.

Every step of the process was double checked by Dane and the on-site foreman to ensure the job was done right. My gutters were installed quickly and look great. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Above and beyond service. Noticed a small leak during a bout of major storms and called Regal. Although they were extremely busy due to the recent storms and related damage, they sent someone out early before 9 AM in order to fit us in within a couple days. Luckily, the issue turned out to be extremely minor. Carl still offered to fix it on the spot in order to save us the trouble, was extremely helpful, thorough, and charged no more than a nominal fee. The level of service provided, despite the visit not being a money-maker for Regal, was outstanding. Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for any potential roofing issue in the future.

During the last major storm, a leak started in the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. We wanted it to be fixed before the next storm, but we kept getting the run around from different roofers.

When we climbed into the attic with different roofers, everyone could see where the decking was wet, but no one seemed to be able to find the source of the leak. One company referred us to another company who referred us to another company. And another company couldn't tell us the problem because of a language barrier between them and their worker. Time was passing and nothing was getting fixed.

In comes Regal Roofing. I called them on Thursday evening and their production manager, Barry Kellerman, took my call. By Friday morning, the ball was rolling. They identified the problem (loose shingles), they matched the shingles, and they installed a turbine (which we were lacking).

They didn't try to upsell us or convince us to rope our home insurance into covering a whole new roof.

In short: There was a problem that needed fixing. We were having a heck of a time trying to find someone to fix it. Regal came in and did exactly what we were looking for, in short order.... and for a very reasonable price.

Based on my experience, I would whole heartedly recommend them.

WE HAD OUR ROOF KINDA REPAIRED BY THIS COMPANY A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. I SAY KINDA BECAUSE AFTER THEY KINDA REPAIRED THE ROOF THAT I WAS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY WEATHER RELATED ISSUES UNTIL THEY KINDA REPAIRED IT. BUT SINCE THE REPAIR WE HAVE EXPERIENCED MULTIPLE LEAKS THAT WE NEVER HAD UNTIL THEY REPLACED MY SHINGLES. THEY WOULD DO A PATCH UP JOB AND ONCE IT RAINED HEAVY IT WOULD LEAK AGAIN. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY. SO I'LL GIVE THEM THAT AS A POSITIVE BUT AS MUCH AS THEY PROBABLY HATED HEARING FROM ME AGAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES. I HATED HAVING TO CALL AGAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES. BUT I HAD NO CHOICE SINCE IT WAS THEIR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY THEY NEEDED TO STAND BEHIND. I NEVER INTENDED TO WRITE ANY KIND OF REVIEW BUT AFTER CONTINUALLY GETTING THE RUNAROUND FROM "JASON" THE OWNER CONCERNING THIS LAST ISSUE I WAS LEFT NO CHOICE. I WOULD CONTACT HIM AND HE WOULD AGREE TO MEET WITH ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND MIRACULOUSLY COME UP WITH AN EXCUSE NOT TO SHOW AND NOW HE DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER. OH WHAT A SWELL GUY.

Getting a new roof isn't something one does on a whim, but when we suspected it was time, we called Regal Restoration. Other homeowners in our neighborhood had used them. Our initial call with Cody was professional and courteous, and that was the tone throughout our engagement with the entire team. Both Cody and Sarah were very helpful as we decided what color to go with, and they took our changes in stride.

Cody took us through the process, worked with our insurance, and made the whole experience as easy as it could be.
