Charly did the whole job in a day, as promised, and worked creatively when a piece of equipment failed, so that he could finish. Second "spa day" for my house with Referred. I highly recommend their service.

I have been looking for a company to do annual roof cleaning / maintenance on the roof at my residence. These guys are fantastic. Every one I spoke to or dealt with was very nice, professional and attentive to detail. The quote was below I had received from other companies. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Referred Roof to others.

I called Bonn after watching them clean and treat my neighbor's roof which is a very steep 2 story house. The guys who worked on it were diligent, careful and clean up after the job was done. They were also careful not to get anything onto my property. After I called, Corey, came out to look over the roof. He did a great job of explaining what he saw and what he thought needed to be done. He did not "find" anything unexpected. He answered all the questions I had. After reviewing the estimate, I called the company the next day and Laura was very helpful in scheduling and asked if I had any further questions. On the day of the job the two young men arrived on time and again asked if I had any questions. They got to work and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up around the entire house, though I didn't see much that needed it.
The next day, Corey came by again to check on how the job went and the company's owner called over the weekend to see if I had any questions. In summary, their communication was excellent, they did a great job and cleaned up after the job. I only had one other price on getting the job done and though Bonn was a little more the 2 bids were close and I'm glad I chose Bonn.

Referred Roof Cleaning has been servicing our roofs for 10 years. They continue to provide excellent work and service. Through a recent move, they have performed moss removal, gutter cleaning and treatment for prevention of moss growth at our new residence.

I advise against engaging this company. Their assigned worker demonstrated significant inefficiencies, spending excessive time idling in their vehicle, resulting in incomplete roofing work within the scheduled timeframe. Furthermore, a two-week delay ensued before the job's completion. A substantial portion of the workday (over 10 hours) was dedicated solely to moss removal. Following project completion, the client was informed of a significant cost overrun exceeding the initial estimate. No prior notification of this price discrepancy was provided. This constitutes a deviation from accepted business practices.

We recently got our roof cleared of all moss, treated and the gutters cleaned. We were very happy with the results and the service men were very professional, on time, worked hard and cleaned all areas after they were done. They also inspected the roof, so we were reassured of its condition. We are getting put on their annual maintenance list, so we do not have to worry about it. We highly recommend them. We have a tile roof and many oak and fir trees around our property. For over 30 years, we cleaned and treated the roof for moss ourselves with excellent results. Prior to using Referred Roof Cleaning we hired another company and the moss treatment did not work. Referred Roof Cleaning removed the moss from our roof in August (excellent job) and in December we had them blow the leafs off and put on moss treatment. All the workers we've had have been respectful to our property, provided excellent service, communicated time of service, and left the area cleaned up. This is our go-to service and expect to have yearly service done. Very happy customer.

Did a good job of assessing the needs for cleaning the roof, and was very timely at doing the job. Disappointed that the pump wasn't working so they could not apply the liquid treatment and had to just do the dry treatment.

They did a good job of cleaning up after the roof was blown off. Also made a special effort to tell me that my gates were closed securely.

It has been 5 years and I have decided to stop using this company . In Mar of 2025 I noticed an excessive amount of moss on a large portion of my home approximately 8 months after it was treated. I called an informed them about the moss and was told they would come out this time and retreat but from this point forth that I would need to sign up for the 6 month plan. They never showed up after saying they would. Well at double the cost at $2000 annually I decided to start treating the roof myself which is when I uncovered the extent of the moss growth. Note that I paid a team to remove all moss from my roof before this company started treating my roof. With the amount of moss growth on my roof I can only suspect that they only treat moss and what ever dead moss remains after chemical dissolves more and more moss continues to accumulate. At $1000 plus tips annually I suspected that I would not have a moss problem like I currently do. At $2000 annually for treatment every 6 months does not make sense financially to me. Recommend if you use this company that you thoroughly inspect the work afterwards to include the gutter cleaning service as I had problems with them not cleaning them as well.

Received an on-site estimate which was very reasonable, work was scheduled for the following week. Received a call saying there was an earlier appointment available, which I took. The representative was on time, performed moss removal, treatment, gutter cleaning, and gutter guard installation. The representative followed all instructions to the letter, and cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace of any mess whatsoever. Thank you Charley, and the rest of the staff! Highly recommended!

Excellent roof and gutter cleaning, despite multiple roof levels and a lot of tree debris. Looked great afterwards. Employee even blew off the whole driveway instead of just the cleaning debris. Very thorough.

They showed up early on the day of the appointment and performed my roof service. They cleaned up all the refuse before leaving. I would definitely re-hire.

The cleaner never let us know he was here. He cleaned the front walks, but there was litter around the back garage door and the deck.
