Everyone from Reed’s was very helpful, especially Shawn Scott, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their crawlspace.

Reeds has been an extraordinary company to work with. They have insulated our home, encapsulated our crawl space, and installed a sump pump. Their staff is courteous, professional, and very helpful. They respond to calls and appoints as scheduled. I would absolutely recommend Reeds to anyone building or updating their home.

Shawn & his crew did an excellent job redoing my walkway. The walkway had to be redone due to the foundation repair. He made it level, straight, & sturdy! Excellent job. He also planted grass in my neighbor’s yard.

Chris and his insulation crew were serious about doing the job right. They were detail oriented and generous, sealing every crack in my attic and basement. They even left me a couple cans of foam so I can fill in my window weight cavities after the new windows are installed. I’m looking forward to seeing the difference next winter!

I found Reed's Home Solutions via ANGI, and we couldn't be happier with their work! From Brent (Project Mgr), Rick (and his crew), Jim (installer of radon fan, etc) to Shawn (electrician), all treated us respectfully and patiently.... answering all of our questions and just plain being kindly. We had but a small crawl space under our house, but high radon readings. Rick's team did an awesome job of encapsulating that space! Our radon readings went from over 21 picocuries to under 4. Yay! All of this work was done in a timely way with the greatest respect for our schedules and property. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

TODAY, I'm adding an addendum to the above post. It has been nearly 3 months since REED'S completed their awesome work of radon mitigation for our home. Our radon readings have been UNDER 1 !! We breathe with peace of mind, knowing that we're not being exposed to this deadly gas. We had had 2 concerns (which now seem silly): Would the fan be loud? Would it affect our power bill? NO and NO. LOL Kudos to the Reed's team! Thank you, again!!

Ultimately we chose to go with Reed's because of Ethan's honesty and patience. He answered every question we had, took his time, was knowledgeable. He admitted to mistakes the company had made in the past and how they went about fixing it - which made us feel that he was truthful and honest. Reed's wasnt the lowest quote we got by far but we knew they would get it done right. The crew who actually installed the insulation (exterior wall insulation) did a great job. They were very happy to do this for us and really wanted to make an impact on our home. A few times I inspected what they were doing (just as a curiosity) I found that the places they could have cut corners, they did not. If we ever need someone to help install insulation in the future, we will go with Reed's.

Reed's insulated my attic and encapsulated my crawl space. A big job. Brent Lee made sure the job was scheduled quickly (1 week!) and it was done on time with no fuss by a great team. There were no extra costs. Already seeing lower bills!

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, courteous……these are just a few words that I would use to describe Josh and rest of the Reed’s Crew. I called them with a crawl space humidity problem. They came on site, talked me through options that they felt best suited my needs and answered every question that I could think of. In 3 days of work, they completely transformed our crawl space. I went from having a humidity problem to a sealed space with 40% humidity in no time flat.

I've never been more pleased with a contractor than I have with Reed’s Home Solutions. Brian, along with Harvey, Charles and Jared, worked diligently for 2 days on my garage. They were very professional and kept with the job until it was finished. Josh said their main goal was to please the customer. That was evident to me because the last day of the job, the crew chief, Brian, asked me if I had a paintbrush he could borrow. He wanted to paint the door frame because he said it would look bad if it wasn’t painted! They completely cleaned up the area when they were finished. They were on time, reasonably priced, & finished up when they said they would. I especially want to thank them for helping me by moving some heavier objects back into the garage. Reeds Home Solution spray foamed the new house that my wife and I had just built. Couldn’t be happier with the job Reeds did for our family, very professional and well priced. After receiving our electric bill it was only $150.00 a month for a house over 3,000 sq ft. That is unbelievable, so glad we went with Reeds on the spray foam insulation. Also they came back out after the house was built bc we had some water seeping into our crawl space. They came out in a timely manner and diagnosed where the water was coming from and reported the results back to the contractor so the problem could be resolved. Anyone looking for a company to insulate or fix foundation water issues Reeds is the company you can depend on. So happy they was a part of helping our new house be energy efficient. This amazing team solved the structural problems of my 1938 log cabin in a day and a half. They were extremely efficient, polite, and responsive. Because of their efforts, I expect my house to last another 80 years! I cannot show the work they did under the house, but they saved this cabin. The floor is now level and firm.
