Over the summer of 2023, I had a bad water spot in my ceiling. When I contacted my general contractor, he stated I will need to have a roofing company to come assess my roof. Upon receiving a hail and rain storm back to back one week, I had severe damage to my roof which caused that water damage in my ceiling to completely break through. I contacted several companies around the 20 mile radius and most were booked or unable to see me immediately to fix the issue. A friend of mine informed me of Redefined Exteriors. I gave them a call. Within minutes they were on it and that same evening sent over one of their specialist to come access my roof and provide me with a quote for the repairs needed. Needless to say, my insurance company took care of the payment part and Redefined Exteriors appeared the next day to replace my roof. They have a great staff, great customer service, and attended to my needs when I needed someone to fix my roof. I highly recommend this company.
