From the detailed proposal to installation day, the Redeemer Group is an excellent company. There team of professionals were timely, worth ethic stellar and the finished project turned out beyond our expectations. They took our 20 year old pool deck and driveway and completely revived it. Redeemers Group did a fantastic job fixing my garage floor. A tree root had broken the garage floor. Dalton, Randy and Chelsea worked diligently to remove the root which appeared to be partly petrified ‼️ Two different chainsaws could not cut it up. The group finally succeeded and my garage floor looks perfect now. Everyone with Redeemers Group was timely and knowledgeable. So glad I used Redeemers Group!

After calling over 10 different companies to come look at our foundation issues only to be told no, they would not even come look to help us, Redeemers Group said YES! It was scary being told we would have to have our floor pulled up and new joist and beams would have to be installed and the financial aspect was even worse. We had not planned for this but they offered an easy financing program with several different options to meet our budget. The work was completed in 2 days time and our yard was left pristine with no signs of work being done! Shawn, Colter and Omar were so pleasant, professional and understanding of a female who was freaking out having all this work done! I highly recommend The Redeemers Group to ANYONE looking to have home repairs done!!!!

The whole Redeemer Group was impressive! They were so much more affordable than other groups offering the same thing. They also were so quick to get us on the calendar! Overall, I was pleased with the work completed. I had hoped the floor would be completely level, but it isn't. The main person doing the work indicated that it would cause other issues had the floor at the joist be lifted any more.

I have nothing but good things to say about our work and I mean hard work completed by the Redeemers Group - specifically our Crew - Artie, Jay, and RJ. These fellows do not know how to quit! Our pier installation could have been a normal job but NO, the builder back in 2002 decided to overpour the foundation at the front door and gave our crew 3 feet of concrete to bust through in order to secure a bracket for the pier to attach. One day turned into three with uncomfortably COLD temps, flowing groundwater, and irritatingly stubborn ground. The guys did not give up and worked hard to get the job complete. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge skills and abilities required for our project. We look forward to the benefits of having the area of our home stabilized and can not thank Artie, Jay, & RJ enough for their diligent work ethic, kind personalities, and being genuinely good people doing a tough job. Hopefully Redeemers rewards them with commensurate pay and recognition for being top level ambassadors of the company. I hope they know that they are always welcome in our home and are welcome to come by when they are in town. We had some issues with our basement flooding during heavy rains. Redeemers Group installed a system around the interior perimeter of the basement and after a few rains that certainly would've flooded int the past, I haven't found any water in the basement. I can hear the system working as it should during the rain as it captures the water and sends it back outside through a sump pump. The team was professional from start to finish. Would certainly recommend these guys.

The gentlemen that worked here were kind, respectful of me, the property and my dog. Answered my questions and completed the work in the time they stated. They did good!!!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the work from Redeemers Group. Chet, Brian, Mike & Randy were very knowledgeable about their work and worked well together. They were very respectful and included us in decisions. We would highly recommend this company for your needs.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and considerate. However, for the amount we paid to repair our driveway, I was quite disappointed they weren't able to eliminate the original problem completely. We had a major sinkhole and large void under our driveway which by my estimation was very large job. After expressing my concern, I was assured the job was not too big. Their initial estimate included just over 300lbs of foam required to fill, raise and stabilize the driveway (which was nowhere near enough). They assumed a 14' wide void - I believe it was much bigger. No one ever expressed the possibility that the driveway might not be raised to it's original level when we agreed to the contract. On the first day, the truck ran out of foam after 600lbs used and had to return to Memphis to retrieve more for the next day. They put in more but eventually ceased trying to raise the initial depression at the center of the sinkhole, saying the concrete wouldn't rise further without additional cracking. Hard not to feel like they may have cut their losses after using so much product. They completed the job sealing all the joints and I was left with a stable driveway, but an incomplete job that will require additional concrete ($$$) to fill the large depression (which was essentially the same size as the original) and prevent a huge puddle in the future. While I give them credit for not trying to increase the fee, it would've been nice if they'd offered a discount since they weren't able to complete the job as agreed. Based on my experience, I would recommend them for smaller jobs but not one as large as mine.

They came out before 8 and they was done before 1 that evening in one day. They clean up after themselves. They are really nice and they explain every detail to you before they get start. Their prices is real reasonable also. I will be calling them again

I would strongly recommend against this company out of Memphis. They’ll likely delete this review, and I don’t blame them. They are nice on the phone, but if they make a mistake, the communication goes south. Never expect them to come back and repair it. Just call a lawyer and save yourself some time. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Again, do not use them. Much better options out there, including learning how to do it yourself on YouTube.

I just bought a house as a first-time homeowner, so a lot of this process is new to me. One thing I knew going into this process is that the floors in my house were sagging quite a bit since it's an older home. I received quotes from multiple companies, but none were as thorough and helpful as Redeemers Group. Joe came out twice to give me a thorough estimate and explanation of my problem. In total he probably spent about six hours just giving me free, non-committal advice for my floors (and other bits of first-time home owning advice thrown in for free) and really making sure I understood the problem, Redeemers Group's solution, and providing information about their 30-year warranty. They were also able to come out and fix my floors a month ahead of schedule, giving me peace of mind for move in day. I will recommend this company to any of my friends who are also experiencing flooring issues!

Installation techs were extremely friendly. They did a great job explaining everything. Also did a fabulous job protecting the areas of our yard around where they were working and digging. They did their very best to pack the yard back in where they had to dig. They were here almost 10 hrs, and didn’t stop till they were done!

Shawn, Brian, and Jason, from redeemers group, was the best contractors we have ever had on a job. They kept us informed the entire 3 days. They cleaned behind themselves to the point of picking up rocks that were spilled in the yard. They went above and beyond and even took care of a snake that was on our door. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need redeemers again, I will request these guys to do the project.

Used Redeemer’s Group to encapsulate the crawl space of our home. Everyone was great, from the main office to the installation crew. Shawn, Brian and Jason were the installation team. Very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. Extremely pleased with the job they did!

Chet, Malachi, and the whole team did great job stabilizing my foundation. Chet kept me informed on the progress and always made sure my questions were answered. They had to cut some of my irrigation lines and move landscape lighting to perform the work, but they restored everything and made sure it was all functioning. They also cleaned up the work site. The team was very hard working, courteous and professional!! Job well done!!

I used the Redeemer group in February 2024 to repair my driveway. They installed the foam to level my driveway and to fill-in the void underneath the driveway and they repaired the concrete joints.
They did excellent job from beginning to end. I got on their list if they had an opening sooner, so I got it done sooner than expected even. Would definitely recommend them!

I hired Redeemers Group (RG) to stabilize and encapsulate the crawl space on my 1930 home. Their primary competitor wouldn't even look at my place without an engineer's report. it was my good fortune to contact RG and Marcus arrived and crawled through the entire area to conduct a thorough examination. A man of obvious expertise and experience, he formulated a list of options and costs from which to choose. I submitted my down payment and the ever-helpful Marie came on board as account manager.It was now time for install prep. Airmasters Memphis did a fantastic job of moving and upgrading the necessary ductwork. Major kudos to them for their assistance. The RG install crew of Shawn and Brian arrived and absolutely transformed the crawl space into a clean, insulated, and humidity controlled area. Wow--7 stars out of 5. The Airmasters folks were amazed and rightly so. I will judge the performance aspect of the system in the future, but RG has my highest recommendation thus far. You owe it to yourself to get their input on your project, You won't regret it.

The guys that did the install were so nice and professional. They took care in doing as little damage as possible to the yard. I would highly recommend them. And I feel so much better now that my house is stable once again!

The Redeemers Group came out to my house to fix a foundation problem. They came out in freezing temperatures day after day, working tirelessly to complete the job. Matt was great working with. Unfortunately, the office end is very poor in communications, and the technicians assigned to my project didn't appear to be properly trained. I have a project that is half finished incorrectly and is on hold for the for see able future. A year and the project isn't complete. They left the crawlspace inaccessible. Redeemers Groups reviews are misleading because the majority of the people don't understand what is being done to their home and if it is being correctly or not. It looks good must be right mentally.

Encapsulated the crawl space for my house in 2014. Replaced dehumidifier in 2018 (warranty). Replaced the second dehumidifier today out of warranty for $2,000. Technicians were friendly and professional, I hate that the units keep failing.
