Very disappointed in Zach and his wife. They went around neighborhoods after hurricane Helene last September to solicit business. After telling my elderly parents they needed the whole roof replaced, and most likely it wasn't approved by Allstate, they stopped communicating and disappeared. They could've had the decency to at least let them know. I also had another neighbor say he never heard back from them after giving an estimate for things he could repair at his place as well.
Redeemer roofing was an absolute heaven send. After receiving the run around literally for two years from my insurance agent/company Typ Tap (By the way stay away from that company), and dealing with contractors that just gave up because of the insurance company’s tactic of delay, deny, and flat out not answering my calls. I was beginning to just believe I was going to get screwed and there was nothing I could do about it. Then Zach rang my door bell. Like previous contractors he stated he could make the insurance company move and do what I had been paying them for. There was something about his confidence and spirit. Well, they proceeded to give him the run around and once they caught on to his phone number they stopped taking his call after telling him he couldn’t speak on my behalf though I gave all the necessary permission and begged them to speak with him. They refused. Then Zach worked his magic and forced the insurance company to send out an adjuster to see my roof. This guy looked from the ground (never got on the roof) and said I needed a new roof and would write the recommendation. Problem solved you would think. No, they denied their own contractors recommendation. The frustration continued. Zach assured me he had it control. I began to waiver in my confidence a bit because the insurance company (Typ Tap) wouldn’t budge. Again, can’t express enough to stay away from them. Next thing I know Zach had reached out to higher authorities as only he knew how, and the insurance company who was still not taking my calls or Zach’s through the insurance commissioner’s office came back with, “When would you like to schedule your roof replacement?” God gets all of thee glory. Now, it took a few months to accomplish but Zach did it. I couldn’t be more grateful. And I say Thank You Zach. And, the work his company did was absolutely fantastic. Fast, efficient and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Redeemer Roofing…For me to say I highly recommend this company would be an under statement. Your insurance company giving you the run around? Let Zach take care that. I’m a witness to what he can do on and off of the roof.
