Great communication and supervision. There was consistent check ins with the workers and with us. The cedar columns turned out great and they fixed all the rotten wood and siding while painting. Everything looks fresh and like new. I would hire them again.

I cannot put into words how happy we are with the job that Jason Pittman and his crew did for us! First they had to replace or repair rotted wood all around the outside of the house, then they painted the entire exterior of our house, and then installed new gutters that are gorgeous!

New Image Painting did a great job if repairing and painting our house. We knew that our house probably had a lot of hidden wood damage. The project manager, JP, and the estimator put together a fair and accurate pricing for our house, more detailed than their 3 competitors. JP understood that we needed the work started immediately and did all of the work within our schedule. In addition, my father died that week and we were too busy with family to deal with the house. On the day of the funeral, JP mowed our front yard so that everything looked great when we got home. I can count on one finger the number of contractors that have been that considerate!
We did a walk thru after everything was painted and JP took care of our few concerns immediately. We are very pleased with New Image Painting. We made a new friend with JP.

He was very efficient in returning phone calls and answering all of their questions. They were very pleased with new image roofs. New Image Roofs did a superb job working with our insurance company to secure the funds for replacement of a new roof due to a hailstorm. Their in-house adjustor worked with our insurance company to finalize payment after we were initially denied. New Image Roofs filed the appeal, worked with the insurance adjustor and got our claim approved. We have never worked with a Company so proficient and expedient. Thank you Brandon for working with us during the entire process. We couldn't be more pleased with the aesthetic and workmanship of the new roof as well as the new gutters. New Image also replaced some siding for us and the work was perfection. We highly recommend this Company!!
