I had a very difficult Insurance Claim where I was denied for over 6 months. After trying 4 other companies, I reached out to Kings Premium Roofing. Brahian and Josh came out and proved to the Insurance Company that my roof could not be repaired. Everything was done in a timely and very professional manner. I highly recommend the expertise of Brahian and Josh and the entire Kings Premium Roofing Team. My roof looks great and the clean up was excellent.

They did a pretty good job installing a new roof but the gutters have had issues leaking. Called several times to get them to come back and repair since it’s covered under a 10 year warranty but it’s been over a month and no one has come to look at the gutters and no updates.

Arye was out the day after I called to give me an estimate and then was out within days (held up by rain) to complete the work including things that we didn't even ask about. The crew was polite and professional and cleaned everything up when the left. The company also did our entire roof replacement and siding replacement at our previous house and did an amazing job.

Josh worked real hard in getting my roof replaced by the insurance company. He was responsive and work was done quickly and efficiently.

Ary, Wilmer and their crew did a great job removing our old roof and replacing it with a new one. Ary was on time, transparent and patient during the entire process. Kings Premium Roofing did a fantastic job on our hurricane damaged house. Repaired roof where a 70ft pine tree came thru the house. Ary met with the insurance adjuster for 4 hours going over damage and pointing out details. Replaced 14 rafters and all the plywood and then installed new shingles and gutters. Also repaired all internal damage to the house. Was there when he said and kept us updated the whole time. As a retired director of construction I was impressed with the work and workmanship.

The name of this company is a little misleading because they do it all. We had significant hurricane damage to our house and property and were fortunate to be able to contract them to make the repairs. They have the resources to do everything from placing the blue tarps, framing, roofing, drywall, electrical, insulation, painting and everything. Unlike most restoration companies who rely on contractors, King’s Premium has a group of professionals on hand and can schedule the work when it is needed rather than have to rely on outside contractors who may or may not show up when promised. Instead of waiting a week until the next task is started, it began the next day.
The best part is the quality of work performed. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I have never seen quality work like every one of these pros delivered.

I needed to have my roof replaced and checked out reviews from my neighborhood. King’s Premium Roofing was the top one. Bryan came out to give me an estimate. They use schedule 3 shingles with the ridge-line venting, put the lining underneath the shingles, clean the gutters, put a special bracket along the edge to prevent critters and a 10 year warranty. I felt confident going in and very happy with the pricing so they scheduled me for the following week. They delivered the dumpster and parts the night before and showed up the next morning at 6:30 and were done by 5:30. They cleaned up everything and were very respectful of my property. My neighbor, who is a contractor, was impressed and came over to get their info. I had my choice of roof colors and all were the same pricing. It looks fantastic!! Couldn’t be happier with this company. Thank you!!

After Hurricane Helene passed we had a serious roof leak, causing damage to our ceiling. So it was very clear we needed a new roof. And what a stress-free process this was. Brian is very competent and exudes trust-worthiness. He clearly knows his roofs, and helped us decide on materials, even offering my wife and I suggestions on aesthetics. The crew he sent out was polite, hard-working and conscientious. They covered sensitive areas with tarps before stripping the old roof. And after the roof was installed they made several passes with magnetic rollers to ensure all nails were picked up. They went above and beyond to guarantee that areas that had a history of problems were shown special attention, including going above and beyond by improving the drainage of our gutters. Brians project manager Alexi was there for most of the time to oversee the activity, offering assistance and direction to the crew as needed. We have such confidence in our roof now. And I highly recommend Kings Premium Roofing. You can't go wrong.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Kings premium roofing. Brian was so patient throughout the entire process, giving me time and advice in the selection of shingle color. My roof had been leaking off and on for a few months, depending on the intensity and the amount of  the rainfall.  I initially had someone come who determined the problem to be with one of the roof boots, which he caulked.  The caulking seemed to control the leaking, plus there wasn't much rain for a while.  Once the rain season started again, the leak was back.  The leak was worse than it was before.  I had a couple of different people take a look at my roof.  One of the guys who came out was absolutely horrible.  He claimed he had changed the roof boot and corrected the leak. Well, it rained that evening and the leak was worse than ever, and he would not respond to me.

I reached out to some friends to find out if they knew any honest and capable roofers who could help me.  I was given two referrals by two different people .  I had them both come out to take a look and provide me with details of the problem, what it would take to fix the issue and the estimated cost.

I was more comfortable and confident with the analysis that Brahian of King's Premium Roofing provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was very thorough in analyzing the problem.  He also took pictures and videos, and shared them with me, which was great for me.  As the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words".  He provided me with copies of his license and insurance.  A couple of days later his crew came and fixed the problems. They did a good job, and also provided me with pictures of their completed work.  As they were finishing the work on my roof, one of my  neighbors called me asking for the contact information for King's Premium Roofing.

It started raining late last night and has been raining most of today.  This is the first time it has rained since the repairs were done.  I have NOT had any leaking.  I have such a good feeling of relief.  Thank you King's Premium Roofing!

Major house repairs/renovations like roof replacements are usually anxiety-filled projects. Kevin Reyes was responsive to my questions and concerns, and was always pleasantly professional. The roof AND gutters replacement were completed in 2-3 days, and (which was important to me) my driveway and yard were left clean and without debris. We had extensive hail damage in our area and several of my neighbors also needed to have roof replacement. I chose King's Premium out of the array of contractors in the area because I could see the work-in-progress done on my neighbors' houses. Reyes did not disappoint.

We are extremely happy with the roofing job they did on our house. First, Josh, the representative from the company with whom we communicated about everything, was super responsive, replying to my texts or calls within minutes. He is knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He was also helpful with choosing the color and type of the shingles. The roof replacement took two days, which was totally OK with as it was done in December, it started to rain the first day afternoon, and our roof is quite big. The working crew was very professional, they did a great clean up job too. They also repaired a bad chimney repair job done by a not-so-professional company. Our new roof looks great, we got compliments on it from our neighbors. We highly recommend this company!!

I had an old roof and it was time to replace it. After interviewing 4 different companies, I chose Brahain and Kings Premium Roofing. Everything from start to finish was Excellent. I chose to work with this company instead of a larger company because of the excellent customer service received during the estimate/evaluation appointment. The workers and management team were amazing. The company was able to get me scheduled for roof replacement a few days later. The work team arrived on time and were courteous and professional the entire time. The painter was unable to complete his portion due to me canceling short notice. Everything was fine until I received the final documents from insurance company with added charges. Now I understand that there were supplemental items that needed to be assessed due to codes and whatnot but this company charged my insurance company for items that they originally said that they would throw in for free if I chose their company over the other. The response I got was "Well there's no money coming out of your pocket really." Again, the team did a great job on my roof and it looks wonderful. My concern is the integrity of this company. Why not be upfront and keep customers in the loop every step of the way when it comes to what you will be assessing and charging to the insurance company.

accommodating. The materials were dropped off on Monday, they showed up before 7:00 AM and started promptly at 7:00 by 2:00 they were packed up, our property was so clean you could not tell any work had been done except for the beautiful new roof.
