My newly installed roof, DONE BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, started leaking within ten days. Frustrated and unsure what to do, I contacted Raymond's Roofing. Bradley from Raymond's offered a free inspection, and I was blown away by his professionalism and dedication. He spent an hour and a half meticulously examining my roof, explaining his concerns in detail, and even provided a comprehensive report to give to my original contractor. Raymond's Roofing didn't even install my roof, yet they went above and beyond to help me. Their passion for quality work and genuine concern for homeowners is truly remarkable. Absolutely fantastic job! Our house is a century old, and it is a fairly complicated roof. We really enjoyed dealing with Bradley Wilson; he spent a lot of time designing a ventilation system for the roof, and it looks great. He personally removed and reinstalled the pre-existing Leaf Filter system. When the job was finished, the crew left the yard spotless. We couldn’t be happier.

Raymond's Roofing are great. Bradley stepped us thru all the steps with our insurance company and we got the roof replaced Oct. 4th. The roofing crew were very courteous and when they finished we have yet to find any nails and clean up was like they were never there. It's obvious he and the owner, Raymond, stand behind their work and they do whatever it takes to make their customers happy! Bradley presented the only quote which included a presentation of materials they use and the steps from start to finish. When he said he'd do something, I didn't have to beg for it to be done... he was very prompt! Thanks to them, I have dormers with new siding.... a rotten and moldy chimney was replaced, and a new roof! All of their workers were very respectful and worked hard. Bradley kept the project moving along, no waiting for days for them to come back.. it was a pleasure doing business with Raymond's Roofing and I'm very pleased with the end result!!!!!!! With the recent storms and high winds, we discovered a leak in the basement that was ultimately traced back to the roof. I called on Monday. Bradley came out Monday afternoon. The crew came out on Tuesday to do the repairs. The next storm is due tonight (Wednesday). I feel confident there will not be another leak. Ryamond's Roofing is awesome!

Bradley and his crew not only were professional, but they were efficient and a joy to work with. We needed sections of our roof repaired and ended up having the whole roof replaced. Bradley was flexible by coming out on the weekend to inspect the roof initially, due to a break in the weather. He also helped us navigate the entire process and took the sting and fear out of it for us. But above all, Bradley kept open communication, which is huge in our book. I couldn't believe how efficient they were and you had to re- deck the whole roof and put a roof on in one day The part where it was leaking the worse. I had to put a 33 gallon
tote out every time it rained . Such a relief to be totally fixed.

Raymond’s Roofing did a great job on our new roof. They did what they said they would and did it when they said they would. Great experience.

I had my old roof (28 years old) replaced with the GAF Timberline HDZ Pewter Gray shingles. I had visited GAF's website to research the product and locate an approved contractor in my area. Raymond's was one of the best listed. Once contacted Noah Phillips came to the house for the inspection, explaining in detail the installation process and provided a detailed estimate the next day. It was within my budget and better than most of the previous estimates. Within two weeks my new roof was installed. Raymond's crew arrived at daybreak. The old roof was removed, repairs made to some of the decking and along the ridge, a section of rotted trim board replaced and new boots installed around the vent pipes. The GAF roof system and shingles were installed by 4pm. The crew was careful with the plants and other personal items along the house and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I am extremely satisfied with their work, the communications, the product and their overall professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Neal and his team were hands down phenomenal! Excellent communication & knowledge through out the entire process. They were on time and caring about how they left our home after a long work day as well. In addition, I greatly appreciated the follow up call to ensure everything met our needs and that both our new roof and the site were satisfactory to us. I just returned home from a three-week stay in the hospital having my right leg amputated and we got home to discover there was a leak in our main room that had recurred from something we had had a problem with earlier. After having several companies out with repairs ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 our last group of contractors was Raymond Roofing and they came out the first day and ask if they can bring back a specialist the second day to look at some venting in the Attic as well as the roof this group specialized in HVAC so we were trying to find out the root of the problem. We've become a little anxious because the ceiling stainswere starting to show in the den inside and with my surgery and on top of that my wife's car being practically totaled in the hospital parking lot it was just kind of like what else can happen and then Along Comes these gentlemen from Raymond Roofing the second day they were here they spent quite a bit of time in the attic and on the roof I thought that was a little concerning because to do an estimate I felt shouldn't have taken that long well to our surprise they weren't doing an estimate they repaired the problem on the roof and in the Attic The Specialist they brought along was an HVAC gentleman his name was Noah and was involved with the process along with Raymond Roofing well when they got finished they came down and explained what they had done and looked at us and said Merry Christmas and they hope that the problem was fixed and they would come back in a week and check on it when I asked to settle up with them once again all I got was Merry Christmas where in the world do you find a company with that kind of kindness and generosity all I want to say is that never in my lifetime ever had anybody Expressed that type of concern with someone they didn't even know so all I can tell you in this review is that if you're looking for somebody that is going to do the right thing and do what they said they were going to do please contact these people they were God sent it was a blessing from the minute they arrived until the minute they left I know they don't go around doing free jobs all the time but I guess their kindness bestowed this blessing on us so I want to say thank you again and tell everybody out there but if you have an issue please contact these people to look at your work I know that they'll be fair and we'll do it with kindness and concern for what's best for you and your family. Great experience! Promptly took my call. Came out same day to access repairs and completed repairs within 48 hours. Definitely will be using again!

I really don't know where to start with all the good things that happened and with just relocating down here we felt fortunate that we found someone that actually listened to what we were asking and trying to do.
First I called for a quote and Bradley was here the next morning and we had a discussion about what we were looking for and I spoke to him about how we were in for the long haul for the roof and how I did not want to revisit this down the road. He made suggestions for shingles and what warranty would cover and by who and for what it was covered for.
Once we decided the crew was in here in the morning stripped the old shingles off and found some damage to the roof and Bradley was right here showing me and explaining what we needed to do the whole way. You almost wouldn't know they were even here except for the new roof they picked up everything put stuff back where it was and hauled it all off. We got three quotes the other 2 companies were cheaper but the warranty was 1/2 of what I got from Raymond's. Vent boots were all replaced new with Raymond's all painted along with the exhaust for the furnace really the little things matter and it looks great.
I noticed in the other quotes with the other companies boots around the vents were going to be replaced as needed and only half the warranty but not with Raymond's all new and clearly stated they were going to be all new in the quote and being a elite installer they were able to offer me the gold warranty. I could see how the other companies were going to make up the few hundred dollars they were quoting cheaper with 1/2 the warranty and reusing things. Like I said to Bradley I don't want to revisit this and I believe I won't have to.
Just want to say thank you to Raymond' Roofing for a great job and listening to what we asked for and you and the crew were awesome.

Bradley was very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure. We decided to wait awhile but a week later after heavy rain we developed a leak. I contacted him again and he promptly sent me an estimate, we picked out shingles and roof was replaced. The crew did a great job, my husband called them "roofing ninjas"! Done and cleaned up in one day!

We just had Raymond's riding put a new roof on our home and it was a great experience. The guy who came out to give us a quote was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He went up on our roof and in our attic to assess our roof and then took his time to explain his recommendation and why. Other companies just took drone footage and gave a quote without even explaining anything. That made be feel like they had plenty of business and didn't really need mine so they gave me a high quote. With Raymond's roofing, I felt like they wanted my business as much as I needed a new roof. So far so good.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. We had an unfortunate incident occur that resulted in our fear that we could have a hole in our roof over the weekend. My husband called them first thing in the morning and advised them of the situation and our need for someone to come out and have a look. I was hopeful that someone could come prior to any rain that was being called for later in the week, and they far exceeded that by coming the same day to have a look! I called them because I had minor leak due to roof from a recent storm. The man come the same day. As soon as he arrived. He said that I needed a new roof without even doing any assessment. I asked him do a assessment before marking that decision. He then said he can see all the damages from the grown. (I live In a two story house, there is no way anyone is able to see all of the roof from the grown) He ask to call my insurance company because he is sure they are going to cover the cost of the replacement. I told him that I would cover the cost myself. But he continues his way of convincing me to file a claim. I refused his service and went with another company. This man come to sell and refuse offer any service in return

Neal did an amazing job on my roof’s flashing. He repaired the damage and then went above and beyond to nail in loose nails on other parts of the flashing. Terrific job, professional and reliable. I highly recommend Neal!!

Raymond’s Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Neal came out to estimate the cost on roofing an addition to our house. At that time, Neal discovered that there was roof damage from a storm. They did a great job working with my insurance company to cover the replacement cost of the existing roof. Neal and Raymond were very professional and great on communication letting me know where we were and what was happening next. They came when promised and sent pictures during installation so I could see their great work.
