I had a small hole in my roof at the end of my ridgevent. My roof is 17 years old, so I figured it was time for a new roof. Andrew came out and took a look. He said my roof should last another 5+ years and I only needed to make repairs. Then he was able to have a crew repair my roof the same day. Seems to be a very honest and responsive company. I'll be calling them to replace my roof when the time comes.

I am so appreciative for Andrew and Apex Roofing. On the afternoon of New Years Eve, I contacted Apex Roofing after a tree fell in my yard and punctured my roof in two places. Andrew was at my house first thing New Year’s Day. Andrew began the repairs and cleared the remaining debris from my roof. On 01/03/25, an Apex Roofing crew came by and completed the repairs to the roof. They also cleared the debris on the driveway, which they did not have to do. We are very fortunate to have found Apex Roofing Solutions after Helene hit us and damaged our roof. They are so professional, and their speed of service was amazing. Andrew always picked up the phone immediately when we needed to discuss something. Morgan came to our place to be there and meet with the insurance adjuster on a Sunday afternoon! And a few days after that we had a brand-new roof with a life-time warranty. It took them only one day to get it done, and the roof looked great.

So I had to amend my review because the initial was rushed and didn’t do Apex Roofing justice. Apex has quite business model, as in proficiency, knowledgeable, personable and receptive to the customers needs…quite impressive actually!! I’ve not been this impressed with a modern day company for a long time. As it might come to a surprise to some, your insurance company (ours=Allstate) can attempt to give you as little as possible for a roof replacement (as in our case), despite paying our premiums for over 30 years and never had filed a claim before. Well Apex reviews your policy and all pertinent paperwork from insurance and negotiates until the project is paid for in full or is at least fair to the client. The reality is that Apex Roofing have the best interest of the customer at heart, period. We saw this first hand. Let this review be the only one you read, because we know you will be satisfied!! 5-star perfection reviews so don’t just take my word for it. I had an excellent experience with Apex. I had a roof leak. Their response to my inquiry was quick, and one of their roofers was at the house in less than a day. They provided me with a reasonable estimate for the roof repair, started on it as soon as weather permitted, and finished the job much faster than I expected and for less than the estimate.

About a month and a half ago the ridge cap on my roof was blown off because of a windstorm. I began looking for someone to come out and repair the damage. I came across Apex Roofing and they were at my house the next day. They temporarily covered the open ridge and performed a complete inspection of my roof. After it was determined that I needed a new roof the claim was submitted and approved by the insurance company. The entire process with Apex roofing was amazing. Morgan walked me through every step of the way in the process from inspection to build. Andrew and his team also provided outstanding customer service. The day of the build his team was on time, worked efficiently and left without a trace of ever being there other than a beautiful new roof. Anytime I had questions I was able to contact them and they were available to answer my questions. It’s not often that you find outstanding customer service anymore. Apex Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job with the replacement of our roof. We had been debating with our inurance company for over a year and a half. After those discussions failed to result in covering our roof we were forced to replace our roof on our own. Apex provided a GAF roofing system which came with a transferable life time warranty at a price that was very fair and reasonable, about $7000 less than a competitor for the exact same roofing system. They did an outstanding job on all aspects of the job, getting it scheduled quickly, promptly showing up on the day of replacement, protecting the yard and shrubs, installing the roof and clean-up. For six months, Apex fought Allstate. They never gave up. Even when I said it was ok if they did. They absolutely refused. Look up “Tenacity” in the dictionary and you will find Apex. They relentlessly dogged Allstate meeting every denial and rejection with proof and more proof. Allstate finally relented. Our new roof was installed today. In. One. Day. I highly recommend Apex. If picture is worth a thousand words. Then, in my case, my pictures worth many thousands!
