The roofers got the job done in a timely manner, you could tell this wasn't their first roof by far. They worked really efficiently. There were no problems. The roof looks great. The thing that really made this job fantastic was Trent Brown. He was the Project Manager. This guy is so good at communicating and organizing. He didnt just sit in his truck and watch the crew. This guy was on the roof multiple times dealing with little things that arose, or just helping the crew. This guy is a gem. Everything that had to be done with the insurance company or the shingle delivery, etc. Everything was handled so well with Trent communicating with us every step of the way. If I could give him 6 stars, I would have. I'm not only leaving this 5-star review, but I'm calling the company to tell him what a gem they have.

Redbird Roofing just finished a new roof on my mom’s house. I couldn’t have been happier with the completed job. From start to finish Payton the project manager kept both myself and my mother informed about the project. It wasn’t an easy roof as a few repairs were needed along the way. Payton kept the project moving along with helping the crew with supplies and all was completed in one day. Payton even came back the next day to check on everything and check for any nails with a magnet . Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My mom and I thank you!!

I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to acknowledge our rep Trent Brown. He helped my grandfather get a new roof 2 months ago and everything was well communicated and super easy. Guys worked a full day ang got the roof done, roof looks great and they cleaned up everything to how it was before they came. If you need a roof I highly recommend Trent and Redbird.

The time to get the roof installed took a bit to get done was a decent, however once the completed the roof alittle over a month ago they drop off the face of the earth and have not responded to any kind of contact. I have left voice mails with not only the Rep that I worked with, Justin Dakich, but with the number provided on their website. I have also left several emails to both Justin and the company website asking if they are to come and finish the siding or atleast do a final inspection and close out the claim. They were great up to this point.

Trent came out very quickly during a busy rainy season to assess a leak in our roof. He assured us the leak was not the shingles and did not try to sell us something we did not need. He went on the roof, took a pic with his phone where the leak was through a vent pipe, fixed it by caulking the leak, and would not allow us to pay him for his services. When it does come time for a new roof, we know exactly who we are calling! His ethics and integrity are much appreciated. Thanks again, Trent!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This is one of the absolute worst companies I have ever worked with. There was damage from a hail storm on my house from April of 2023. It is now JULY OF 2024 and the work has YET to be completed. Absolutely awful trying to get ahold of them as I assume they are trying to avoid us because they KNOW they haven’t done their job.

My roof was damaged in Memorial Day hail. Trent came & verified I needed a new roof. It's all taken care of (the roof, dealing with the insurance company, the clean up) everything. A big shout out to the sales representative Trent Brown(who also did a lot of the clean up) for making a hard to deal with situation a lot easier to go through.

Redbird Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my entire storm-damaged roof, however, it is after the job that I am having problems. I have contacted the company three times over the last five weeks regarding a leak in the ceiling of my garage and no one has responded.

I've been trying to reach this company to have someone come out and give me an estimate to repair the gable end fascia of my home. I've called and spoken with someone and was told Justin would get in touch with me. He has not yet contacted me. I left a voicemai, but no one has returned my call. Is this the type of response a customer gets after the job is done?
