Troy, Shawn, and co. are always so eager to go above and beyond. They might not have the selection of a Menards or the prices of Amazon, but they treat you like family and that’s worth more than anything to me. Literally any problem I have they treat me like I am what matters the most. As I sit here putting together my new wheelbarrow I’m especially thankful for how well Ace Hardware takes care of their customers.
I stopped by today to make a couple copies of a key. I was not in the store for more than five minutes. I was immediately greeted when I came in and by the time I left had interacted with five different employees. Everyone was so cheerful and not just to me but to each other. It was such a pleasant experience. Kindness matters and kindness is what I experienced today. Keep it up!
