We had a great experience with Renner Roofing. We got quite a few quotes from different companies and different roofing materials, and decided on Tilcor stone coated steel from Renner. Cody very personable and great to work with every step of the way. The crew was considerate, got the whole thing done in one day as promised, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We have got quite a few complements on the new roof and they are surprised to find out that it's actually steel!

These guys are great! We had a leak during an all day rainstorm and they came to our house within a short period of time that same day to address the problem. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the near future.

They arrived early morning 7am started right away and the only time they stopped working is for lunch got the job done in a day even checked for nails.

This company has the worst customer service and conflicting communication. Prior to the roofing installation I asked for 4 specific things to be done. None of them were done the way I asked. After the installation I was told there would be a final walk through. The crew just left when they were done. I called the company and expressed my concerns. There was no attempt to come out and look at the job or rectify any of the issues. I was also lied to multiple times and disrespected while talking to them on the phone. I definitely would not recommend this company.

They were very helpful working with our insurance company and arriving at a fair replacement cost. The crew was punctual, did a great job, and cleaned area nicely when done.

Renner did an amazing job with the steel shingle roof they put on my parents house as well as the asphalt roof they did on a friend's house.
When it came time to replace my roof I knew I would be going with Renner. I went with asphalt and solar shingles which not only looks amazing but will generate electricity as well! Aiden is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about going solar.

This is a long overdue review of this great company. Our first contact was with Aiden, who we contacted to look over our roof for any problems connected with some water stains on our ceiling. He found no real problems, except for some loose flashing around a stack. He offered to take a look inside our attic for us, and told us it looked like a condensation/ventilation issue. He offered to come back and properly affix the loose flashing when he was next in our neighborhood. Two days later, with heavy rains in the forecast, he returned with Cody, to fix the flashing, as he was concerned about the rains in the forecast also. After that, we requested an estimate to replace the aging roofs. Cody provided that, and also walked all over the roof with our insurance adjuster, pointing out hail damaged areas. We made the decision to have Renner replace the house and garage roofs. The team of roofers arrived promptly at 6:30 A.M. as promised, and worked as team until completion. Best of all, Cody was up there on the roof, with his team, helping out all the time. How great to have the crew boss on site. Roofing was done and clean-up completed by 2:30 P.M. They also saved us money, in that we we were considering solar-powered roof vents, to aid with the condensation problem. But after getting an attic insulation upgrade, they recommended ridge vents for the roofs to provide needed ventilation (and also alleviated the need for a bunch of attic vents). All-in-all, we were extremely pleased to work with such a wonderful outfit. They are on our "approved contractor list for sure.

Great customer service, great crew and great looking shingles! Nick was so helpful with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of and the pressure was off from us. The crew showed up timely and got all the work done in a day. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

They put a new roof on my grandmother's home in the summer of 2023. In the spring of 2024 we started getting leaks coming down a kitchen exhaust fan into the microwave and stove. Called Renner and they sent someone in about a week. He fixed it and said we should be good. A week later water started pouring through the vent again. Contained Renner again and they sent out some guys who replaced the vent and no leaks since.

I asked them what they plan to do with the microwave and stove that got water poured on it. They said they would "make it right. " After a week of nothing I called and asked what was going on. They said to call the owner on his cell. So I did. He said again they'd make it right. Since then he will not answer his cell and when I call their office I get told he'll call me back.

I would recommend getting roofing services from anyone else.

I am so happy to have found Renner Roofing. after dealing with insurance and several other contractors for two years, working with Aiden helped put my anxiety to rest. The workmanship and attention to detail is very impressive. Having the roof done in a day and getting new gutters the next was a bonus. Renner completed a full roof repair in just one day, whereas another crew took a week to do the same for my neighbor. The crew arrived just before sunrise and once the sun came up they started working. Our roof has 38 square of shingles and they tore off the old roof, replaced with new shingles and weee done by 5:00. They cleaned up very well including blowing the driveway off.
I only found one nail on the ground.

Renner roofing was very helpful during my roof replacement process. They answered all of my questions and were transparent about pricing, materials etc. They put in a long shift getting my house and garage roofs done in one day. I highly recommend Renner if anyone is looking for roof work.

My roof was very close to the point of leaking, an adjuster came and told us there were not enough hail strikes and the roof was too old, which made me very upset because the insurance policy had been paid on my house for over 15 years! Renner Roofing sent the initial pictures in and told me I should definitely ask for an internal review, so with one call to my agent that review was set in motion. Blake Patrick personally spoke with the adjuster and was able to negotiate an insurance payment that saved me over 80 percent cost of that roof which I was so grateful for! I only ended up paying 2000 and had an amazing roof installed on my house and garage! My roof was peeled off and installed in 1 day, and I was so happy with the end result. Blake and Aiden were both on site and they bought lunch for their amazing crew and made sure they had plenty of cold drinks since it was warm that day! Great people to work with, they were looking out for me and did everything they could to make this experience a good one for me! Thanks Blake and Aiden I love my new roofs!

I had to write another glowing review for Blake Patrick and his amazing crew at Renner Roofing! They did such a perfect job on our rental in Plum City Wisconsin! And they finished the House Roof on this property and a garage on another rental just down the road.... all in one day!! Ripped off... High Quality Installation and got all the garbage in a dumpster and hauled away from both properties! If you are worried about a company coming in and taking 3, 4 5 days or even weeks to finish a job, then Blake is the one to call! You have amazing color choices and a good quality product as soon as you call him, and then as soon as you are ready they have a dumpster there, by the next day, Blake and his amazing team swoop in and... Wham it's done. And another bonus, the dumpster doesn't sit there blocking your driveway flow... Poof... The next day it is gone, and so are all your worries about leaks and damage! And speaking of damage... If there are any rotten boards under those layers of shingles, his highly experienced team removes and replaces them, so even what you cannot see at the end is done right! Call them for a free estimate today, and if there is any insurance involved they have your back! They deal with the insurance companies so you don't have to... then if that isn't enough... They send your invoice in to your insurance so they can put it in your file, so the next time there is a claim, they know exactly when your roof was replaced!! Thanks Blake, and thank your hardworkers as well, their work ethic is Unmatched! Also why the buck picture? Because Blake is on the job to make sure everything is done right and you are happy with the work.. So you can be in a tree or in a boat!

We had to replace roof due to hail. We chose Renner after receiving the free estimate and description of work to be performed. Cody our sales rep. worked closely with crew to assure project went well. They supplied enough crew to finish in one long day. They picked up all the trash and nails that hit the ground and blew around in the wind. My neighbors greatly appreciated this. The new roof looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had some hail damage on our roof in River Falls (WI), and some friends of ours recommended Renner Roofing because they were more straightforward (and less pushy) than all the other roofing companies that came out of the woodwork after the storm. Other than submitting the claim with my insurance, I hardly needed to talk with insurance at all after that; Mitch took care of everything -- even meeting with the insurance adjustor. This is our third time having a roof replaced in Red Wing, but the first time we've used Renner. They were FAST (within two weeks after quote!), efficient (entire roof and cleanup completed in one day), and very clean. Communication from Renner was great, and they were very prompt at responding to our questions.

The Renner Roofing team; including Tony (owner), Nick, Mitch, Aaron, Andria, the roofing crew and all others was professional and thorough at every step of the process. Tony met with the insurance inspector and me for over 1 hour, helping all of us to clearly understand the scope and extent of the damage. He then worked with our insurance claims adjuster to make certain that all details of the project were accurate and included in the final cost estimate. The project itself was done professionally and efficiently by a skilled and highly productive roofing crew. Continuous oversight throughout the tear off, new installation and cleanup was supervised by either an on site project manager or Tony. The insurance claim handler was kept in the communication loop throughout the preparation and until the conclusion of the job. There were no surprises or delays as a result. The cleanup was thorough.
