We wanted to work with a local company and agent to help us with our auto insurance, Unfortunately our experience with Musty-Barnhart did not meet our expectations. Communication with our agent was subpar which led to problems with payments & premiums. I think the agent we had was overwhelmed with too many clients and tasks and therefore we lost that "personalized/local" attention we were looking for.
I have nothing but good things to say about Musty Barnhart! I have been with them for a few years now. I originally spoke with Brittney for my insurance needs and have spoken to a few people there since then and everyone is so helpful. I love that they can compare other companies under one roof so you don’t have to call a bunch of places. They got me a great deal and great coverage for all my stuff. Thank you again!! If you are looking for a new insurance agency this is your place!!
