I noticed a big leak this Spring in my roof spilling through my bathroom. As a woman living alone, it was rather alarming. I read a ton of reviews, and requested a few estimates. My roof was not storm damaged. Unfortunately, it was leaking due to ineffective prior workmanship. When i called, Red Umbrella had a tech out SAME day, and the quote was extremely fairly priced, and certainly not overly marked up like the big 3 in town had submitted. Their service and customer attention was un-matched. Their rep Mike, and the owner Matt treated me not like just another number, but like a priority and friend. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their roof, gutters, or exterior needs. My 3 shingle roof tear down and new install literally only took a half a day. That’s unheard of in this industry. I was able to go work my evening job same day with no disruption which is unbelievable. Call them! You won’t regret it! I’m so happy with my new roof, and the attention to detail and super friendly service I received. It looks beautiful! Everything was completely cleaned up from deck to garden when they finished. Truly impressive and high quality.
