Customer feedback reveals a mixed sentiment towards the Red Roof Inn, with notable positive experiences overshadowed by significant complaints. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, particularly highlighting the effective communication from management. However, several reviews express frustration regarding poor customer service, including issues with room availability, rude staff interactions, and cleanliness concerns. The inconsistency in experiences suggests that while some visitors are satisfied, others have encountered serious service lapses, making it difficult to give an unequivocal recommendation.
- The staff here is super freaking amazing.
- Rooms look great, clean, updated, and very comfortable for the price.
- This is by far the best Red Roof Inn when it comes to customer service.
- Janet at the front desk was the best.
- The rooms are always clean, it's in a good location, and the check-in counter is always so friendly.
- The receptionist did not want to assign us the reserved room.
- The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory.
- Management is horrible; you can't check in early.
- Bugs would be in the room, giving us a room with a broken jetted tub.
- The owners' wife was snippy, and the manager was overly dramatic and rude.

I made a reservation 2 days ago that I would arrive at 5:00 a.m. I am outside the hotel without sleeping because the receptionist did not want to assign us the reserved room. Clearly, we understand that the entrance is at 3:00 p.m. but at the same time I am paying in advance that I am supposed to sleep in my car until 3:00 p.m.

Positive: Nothing. I will never stay there ever again!! Negative: The cleanliness of the room. The shower held the water while taking a shower. The toilet was not clean. There were no towels or toilet tissue in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet tissue. There was no breakfast offered as well.

When I'm traveling solo, I just need the basics. This Red Roof Inn is pretty dire. I feel like spending a little bit more elsewhere would have been completely worth it.
The windows in my room (and many others I noticed) don't close all the way. They are broken to the point that about 1" is always open to the bar and street noise outside.
The cleaning product used on the floors leaves a sticky residue. It stained the bottoms of my socks yellow.
The bathroom looked clean at first, but hairs and dust are easily visible in corners and under the sink upon closer inspection. The toilet seat is not properly attached and the toilet itself looked like it had a rough life. There was no shampoo in the refillable shower dispenser.
The bed itself was comfortable and the pillows were nice. I slept OK, but I would not return here.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
