When I first started building my house, I called Crutchman in Gloucester for a new shed. We picked options and colors and a tentative delivery date, and it was very pleasant and friendly.

After my builder kept extending milestones incrementally for my house from January to February to March to April, the folks at Crutchman were very patient. When the time came to deliver it, Steve placed it beautifully and squarely in place, along with the ramp.

It is an excellent addition to my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with Crutchman.

I had a really bad leak with my used truck cap and I was thinking about getting a new one, but figured I would try a reseal at Crutchman to see if that would fix the leak before committing to a $3,000+ purchase. They did a leak test and determined that most of the water was coming in to the bed through the cap windows. They offered to replace the windows and do the reseal for $900, so I went with that option. After a week and a half of heavy rain, my truck bed is still dry as a bone. They did great work, and saved me a couple thousand dollars.

Found a super nice 2014 F150 in Dekalb Illinois and purchased it in January 2024.
It has one of your Extreme Spray in Bed liners that is in great condition and the application exceeds many factory spray in bed liners. No over spray and tight tape lines! In ten years and 188000 of miles of usage the linear is in great condition!

We have had Crutchman's put in a spray in bed liner. We had them order and install new step rails on our new Chevy Silverado. Also ordered a tonneau cover for it through Crutchman's. Orders were accurate and arrived exactly when expected. Installation was professional and completed in a timely manner. The people are very friendly, helpful, polite. Very pleased with our dealings. Highly recommended.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
