The overall sentiment regarding this company is extremely negative, with multiple customers expressing frustration over unpaid invoices and poor communication. Many reviewers report that they have not received payments for services rendered, despite assurances of payment that never materialized. Communication from the company appears to be lacking, as emails and calls often go unanswered. Customers are urged to seek legal action due to the ongoing issues with payment and responsiveness, indicating a deep dissatisfaction with the company's handling of subcontractor relationships.
- I at least receive responses through email.
- The client we worked for has expressed they have already paid.
- Glad we took a deposit for half the amount.
- I have no contact to try and get the money I’m owed.
- No one answers the phone, returns emails, or calls you back.
- You will just get the run around from them.
- Cannot even talk to the CEO.
- Still waiting for final payment since 6-14-2024.

2 of my representatives have been fired and now I have no contact to try and get the money I’m owed if anyone has a contact of someone who actually responds please click my profile and email me I’ve tried their office number and many people who have been tagged in emails and I can no longer get a response. Coming up to an entire year unpaid! Seeking legal actions as should everyone else we are all being too nice in the case of money clearly these people don’t care

As many others, we performed a service and have not been paid. We have been told over and over that there was a banking issue and we should be paid asap, that was in October. As of today we haven’t received a reply to email or returned voicemail.
It’s very concerning the government is using this entity. We confirmed that the ranger cabin we performed services for paid Stanford Federal.
Any others that have been impacted by the egregious actions please file a complaint with SBA and inspector general. The more people that bring attention to this terrible company the better off we all are in attempting to get our money!

Finished a job back in July of 2024, and now I am writing this in January 2025, and I still have not been paid for the work completed! Compared to others I do at least receive responses through email, but it’s always an excuse of “banking issues” that they cannot process the payment currently, and this has been the excuse for going on 8 months. The client we worked for has expressed they have already paid Sanford. so my question is if there’s “banking issues” how can they get paid but they can’t pay us? Hopefully soon I can update this review with a good response, but currently I’m very disappointed with the service we have been given. I hope everyone else’s issues get resolved soon as well as mine! This is crazy!
Update:**** I was told I would finally be paid in April 2025 via direct deposit and that it would be in my account within 48 hours being since it was supposedly processing my on a Friday I gave it until Tuesday to this day may 5th 2025 I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID! I have only received one update whenever I called my representative Zakarie and all that was expressed yet again was the financial team is needing more time and since then I have called and sent emails practically everyday and now I am being ghosted and not even being honored a response or an update. Regarding my payment that is now coming up to a year of not being paid! How this is allowed or that this is honored as a federal company beats the heck out of me!

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
