Thank you to Steve with Red Rhino Roofing. He came to the assisted living facility that I manage and gave us a free roof inspection. While on the roof Steve found a few issues, like nails coming out of shingles, and small little wholes in the shingles. Steve took pictures of all defects and then fixed the nails and small wholes before leaving. Steve was a very professional and nice to the residents that call this facility home. I had contacted RRR fall of last year to get the barn roof on our property fixed. My initial experience with Kyler, a field advisor wasn’t great. There were a lot of communication issues with him. When both my boyfriend and I had enough, we called the main office and got in touch with the owner, John.
John talked with us, we relayed all the issues to him and then put us in touch his senior field advisor, Larry. Larry was great to work with, he communicated well and made sure the roofing job was done correctly.
Even though things started off on the wrong foot, we really appreciate John and Larry
doing their best to hear us out and make things right. If we ever needed anything done in the future, we would definitely use RRR again.

Free inspiration revealed that the roof was in good shape. They repaired one air vent seal. Very professional and respectful tech. I will use them when we need to.

First, let me say i know this will sound a lil over the top but im serious when i say these guys are top notch. My initial sales rep Brayton was so courteous i feel like i made a friend. We literally talked for an hour everytime he came over. Then i met Eric, one of the owners. He was even more courteous. Even tho i know they have dozens of projects going, he made me feel like i was his top priority. They shingled both my house and my moms after a hail event in neb city. Every person i came into contact with thru these projects was hard working and professional, from the guys who installed the shingles, to Kelsey, the lady i spoke with to on the phone. She was more than helpful on numerous occassions when i called. I highly recommend this company. To sum up, when their commercial says they put their integrity above their bottom line, you can take that to the bank.

Contacted for a few quotes. One solar...one roof...and one siding.
Solar- salesman seemed to only dwell on positive aspects while totally ignoring the negative and used analogies that were not totally accurate. Asked for past customers that they did a solar project on and they never provided. The price quoted was substantial and would take decades to realize a savings.
Two roof- a different salesman gave me a quote that was double any other quote I received and verbally. Did not provide any documentation on what they were going to do; just the cost.
Three siding- same salesman as roof; came out I told him what I wanted; took measurements and I went inside expecting a knock at the door on either a proposal or that he would get back to me. Got neither. He just left and haven't heard back.

Our field advisor Kyler was excellent. He went above and beyond with our insurance company. We had a hard time getting them to pay out and he went the extra mile to help us get our roof. Very happy with our experience!

I worked from start to finish with Rick Bultez and he was amazing! He did all the leg work for and with my insurance company from start to finish. Rick kept me well informed of when and what would be happening with the tear out and the install. Couldn't be happier with thus company and Rick.

We had a small leak after a wind event. Paul came out and inspected the attic. He found the issue and explained it to us. He told us what we needed to do to fix it. He was very professional, punctual and personable. We are building a new home and will have him out to look everything over after we move in

I have a very old house with a steep complicated roof. Red Rhino spent a lot of time making a careful estimate and met with the adjuster when he came out as well. They did a nice job, and were careful with the cleanup as well. I have lived in this house for 43 years so have had to deal with other roofing contractors as well, and Red Rhino was by far the best.

Don was amazing, patient, and easy to work with. The results are beautiful! We will use Red Rhino for life!

They cut modem wire, they cut the electricity into my garage, they knocked down and broke one of my surveillance cameras (which I didn't get replaced) they knocked down and broke my driveway spot light that comes on when someone comes up (which didn't get replaced) took my push broom....one headache after another.

Paul Craig gave us great service and valuable information, was prompt, and even got to us the same day as he was in the area! He was honest and his opinion saved us money and alot of headache. I'd recommend Paul, any day!

Larry is a great guy. He traveled from Omaha to Lincoln to help us check on our sidings. He is very knowledgeable about sidings. He is also very helpful. I would definitely recommend use Red Rhino Roofs for any service that they provided.

Outstanding work! Paul made the storm damage claim an easy process. He took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster and had the new roof on only a few days later.

I contacted Adam to schedule work that they had already quoted me on and he said he'd check the schedule and could possibly get it done in the next two days. I didn't hear anything from him so I emailed the next Monday morning to follow up. It's been 3 business days and still no response. I don't understand why a company would refuse a guaranteed sale like this. Even if they couldn't schedule me as soon as they thought, a response should have been warranted.

I had a small, quick fix needed done on my eve spout. Adam had his crew out in a matter of hours to get it fixed for me at no charge. Truly appreciative of their response time and customer service!
