Last year we had to get our roof replaced because of hail damage. I got zero response from several supposedly highly rated roofing companies in the Denver Area, so I called Red Diamond. They immediately responded and worked with us to get a quick estimate. The project manager was Ed Duffy--who walked us through the whole process and stayed on it to the end. My wife and I are very busy and Ed worked with us to make sure and minimize any inconvenience during the course of the project. They were fast and did a great job--the crew was courteous and professional. When I experienced what I thought was leaking coming from my whole house fan vent this past winter, they responded quickly to my request to come out and inspect the roof to make sure there was no problem. It turns out that it wasn't a problem with the roof, but rather condensation on the attic fan after extreme cold weather that was running down to the vent. I will definitely call Red Diamond for all of my roofing needs.

Working with Red Diamond and our project Manager Mathew was an amazingly uncomplicated process. They did all the work for us, including helping us mitigate with the insurance company to get everything taken care of.

Mathew was in constant communication, even despite the delays in materials due to the overwhelming needs that the hail storm caused the region. We were able to reach Mathew with ease and he kept us updated all the way through to the end of the project.

While neighbors signed up with the first (literally) company that knocked on our doors wanting to replace roofs due to recent hail damage, (I almost signed up with the second one due to their name and story) I decided to spend a couple weeks time researching first, and was impressed by Red Diamond Roofing's great reviews and awards so I called. I was again impressed when Troy, the owner himself, answered and professionaly and immediately got the process started. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient and extremely polite and caring. A small HOA here. The original roofer used a shingle that was defective - the mfgr of the product was VERY difficult to deal with.
Brian from RD was recommended to us by our HOA mgmt company - they had experience with RD.
Brian and his group went about the job with great professionalism; dealing with the mfgr, the city permitting, our residents, our management company-wonderful!
The detail that they did vs the original job is night and day, so much was missed and RD corrected as a part of what they do.
We have a ton of visual documentation of the job; before, during and after. This will help with the future.

I actually discovered Alan Valois and Red Diamond Roofing after hiring them as an expert witness in a roofing construction defect case. When hail damaged my own roof and we had an insurance claims, I knew exactly who to contact! They did an excellent job installing our new roof and the clean up was incredible! You couldn't even tell they had been there, no stray nails, trash, cigarette butts, etc. We also had them install gutters and gutter guards and they came back to correct issues with that job immediately after being asked. I would highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Red Diamond Roofing and working with Brian Dewald. Everyone seemed to know their stuff, they were efficient and friendly, and they actually really shined when a problem (a leak) came up months after our roof was replaced. They were very prompt in getting someone out to assess the situation and they put a lot of extra work in to try to fix it (at no extra cost to us). It now seems like their work was not the issue to begin with, and regardless, they continue to check in to see if the leak has recurred. It has not, but if it did I am confident RDR would come back out to look again and do everything in their power to assure our happiness. Brian Dewald, who has been our main contact all along, is especially nice to work with and incredibly responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Bottom line: we’d definitely recommend RDR to anyone with roofing needs.

This is a little late but would like to share our positive experience with Brian and Troy with Red Diamond Roofing. First we did reach out to 3 great roofing companies but in the end Red Diamond received our business. They walked us through the entire process, explained everything and the job was finished in a timely manner. They even upgraded our shingle at no extra cost (or at least it was included in their bid). Everyone was great to work with and then the follow up after the job was done was also outstanding. I had Red Diamond replace the shingles on the original part of the house and then also put shingles on a new addition. Brian Dewald was wonderful to work with through the whole process. From educating on products, to estimating, to checking in on the project as it was in flight and then ensuring my final satisfaction, it was a smooth process. Brian was also helpful in pointing out the possible need to replace the old 1961 roof deck for stability and protection and went on his own to pick up the OSB to address the need. The roofers were efficient and the clean up was well done. I am very happy with the service and end result.

We had Red Diamond replace our hail damaged roof in October of 2021. Our main contact was Brian Dewald but the owner Troy also met with us several times. The whole process was very straight forward and organized. We were not sure if our roof would qualify to be replaced because of hail damage. Brian came out and looked over our roof thoroughly. When the insurance inspector came to look at our roof, he made sure to meet her so he could show her what he found. I think that helped us get the insurance to cover the cost. After that Brian communicated with us regarding all the steps. Red Diamond was very professional in the roof replacement. They put up plastic barriers to protect the porch from removed shingles. I was amazed how fast they completed the job. It has been over a year and no issues which I am happy to report. I would use them again in a heart beat if/when we need our roof replaced again!

I did lots of research before picking the roofing company to redo my roof after some hail damage. Red Diamond came in as my top pick and they did not disappoint. On the day of our installation they were quick setting up and getting started. When they finished not only did our roof look great, but everything was cleaned up. I have had great success with Red Diamond Roofing on three separate occasions. I worked with Brian Dewald on all of them; he is professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding manager. In 2020 many of my neighbors were getting their storm damaged roofs replaced, however my insurance company initially denied the claim. Red Diamond worked tirelessly with my insurance company, met with their assessors, prepared reports, and educated them on local roofing codes, until my entire roof was also covered. The crew that performed the work took extensive measures to protect the house, worked long hours, and cleaned up thoroughly. In 2021 Red Diamond repaired some damaged shingles and installed several roof vents at a home that I was selling. The work was done well, on time, and at a reasonable price. Most recently, Brian inspected the roof at an investment property. The original roofing company contacted me saying that the home’s roof had been damaged by a recent storm and that it needed to be replaced. Brian let me know that it was still ok. I really appreciate the honesty. Red Diamond has been great to work with and I highly recommend them for any kind of roofing needs.

As much as having a new roof put on can be easy, Tyler (and Troy, owner), made it as easy as possible. Tyler was the project manager; everything happened just as he said it would. Materials arrived on time; work started on time. The workmen were pleasant and courteous. The project was finished as expected. Tyler worked with the insurance company to make sure payment went well, and somehow even managed to work under-estimate, so I got a little money back at the end.
To install the roof, they had to take my evaporative cooler off, and when they put it back on, they did a far better job than the original evaporative cooler installers had done.
After the project, the clean-up was impeccable, and even after they were paid, they came back to touch one or two things up that I wanted done a little differently.
I'd recommend Tyler and Red Diamond roofing without hesitation.

Red Diamond Roofing did a full replacement of my roof due to hail damage. Brian Dewald walked me through the entire process, including dealing with my insurance provider and claims adjuster. He accurately identified the amount of hail damage that occurred as well as how much insurance will cover. The insurance adjuster was in complete agreement with Brian's initial assessment.

Much to my amazement, his team completed the full roof replacement in a single day. They were very mindful of our landscaping by covering bushes and flowers with protective tarps. Brian Dewald and his team at Red Diamond Roofing replaced the roof and installed a new gutter system on my detached garage & studio last year, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Brian was highly communicative during the bidding and project process, and they were in & out in a day or two. The roof and gutters are flawless and working well a year after construction, and they did a good job of site cleanup too.

With a roof replacement, it’s impossible to pickup every loose nail and staple, but they tarped the ground area under their worksite to limit stray nails and staples in our driveway.

The roof and gutters suffered a complete loss from a hail storm in August of 2021. Matt at Red Diamond Roofing came out, evaluated the damage, coordinated with the insurance company and completed the repairs in a timely, professional manner that relieved the stress and headache of this process. I highly recommend the company.

Brian and Troy and the team from Red Diamond Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were there to meet with the insurance adjuster and went out and purchased extra buckets to protect my landscape lighting and new bushes. I really like the trim they use below the shingles. They cleaned the area well after they were done and came back and helped repair a spot in the yard where a truck had placed an outrigger and made a dent in the sod.

We found this company through our neighbors. We have 420 house in our neighborhood and after watching abut 10 of them use the same company, we talked to our neighbors who were using Red Diamond. They were happy so we went with Red Diamond. We liked working with this company. We had damage to our roof in patches, some small, some much larger. Our insurance company said that they would only cover patches rather than the whole thing. Red Diamond dealt with the insurance company to resolve that craziness. The company applied for the permits, started and ended the job per the agreement, kept the job site cleaned, had happy employees working on our project (important because happy employees work well with each other, keep the site clean, and are friendly to the client - us). We had silver roof vents. Red Diamond offered to change out the roof vents to match the roof. Both the roof and the vents look great. Overall, we are pleased with the company and the results.

Red Diamond Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They showed up the day the insurance inspector came on-site and made sure the claim captured all the damage to the roof, gutters and awning. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. The roof looks great! I had a remodel going on at the same time and they worked with me to move some roof penetrations. Our roof was damaged during a hail storm, so we contacted several roofing companies for repairs. All of the companies provided similar services; inspections, product recommendations, advice, and guarantees/warranties. The distinction which led to our selection of Red Diamond Roofing was the friendly demeanor and professionalism displayed by the project manager, Mathew. Mathew arrived on-time with a ladder and sample products in hand. After initial introductions and a brief conversation on the scope of the work, Mathew conducted an exterior examination of the gutters before getting on the roof to conduct an inspection. After the inspection, Mathew provided us with a thorough description of the products, material options, and recommendations, including a free upgrade to impact resistant shingles and a start date estimate! Mathew was extremely responsive to any follow-on inquires and was remarkably patient (more so than I) with the lengthy approval process of our HOA. During the different phases of repair, Mathew was onsite to inspect work progress to ensure the job was done right and on-time. Ed was my Project Manager and he did a great job explaining all the options to me, dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated though the entire process. Their prices are competitive, the crew worked efficiently, and their cleanup after the job was spotless. I hope I don’t need yet another roof, but if I do I would not hesitate to use Red Diamond again. I highly recommend them.

We have a 1911 Bungalow and our roof needed to be completely redone. Brian Dewald was easy on the phone and at our first meeting gave us honest advice, clearly explained our options, and he was easy to communicate with. Brian also came a second time to meet with our insurance adjuster to help us through the filing process. The crew was timely and did a great job on our roof. They were on time, professional, and they paid attention to details! During the job, Brian would send us photos updating us on the process and when the job was completed they went above and beyond our expectations doing touch-up painting and a thorough cleaning job to protect our kids' feet! Red Diamond Roofing was fantastic when they replaced my roof after hail damage. Brian was great to work with. He explained the process every step of the way. After a horrible experience from our last one, Red Diamond Roofing came through for us after we had hail damage from a storm. They were fast and got the job done in one day. We had Brian Dewald as our main contact at Red Diamond. Not only did he make sure inspections were done properly, and thoroughly by the insurance company, but he also personally made sure they covered all the required work that needed to be done. When the began, Red Diamond was also right n time with material delivery, removal of the old roof and installation of the new. When the work was done, I was amazed at the care they took in cleanup making sure my kids and pets were safe from any hidden material that would have remained.

I don't normally "share" information regarding work done on my home, but in this case I will make an exception. Red Diamond Roofing and specifically Brian (project manager) were terrific. Brian was professional and a man of his word. He told me how much, when it would be done and how long it would take and everything he quoted he performed. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Red Diamond Roofing and Brian Dewald twice now. Once after the 2017 hail storm and again in September of 2020 when my mothers home needed a roof and gutters installed before she closed on her sale. Both times Brian went above and beyond to insure everything was handled in a professional manner and to the highest of standards. This company was fantastic. I worked with Mike Fig and was super pleased with how much effort he put into the entire process, from dealing with our insurance (and getting us almost $10k more than they were initially willing to give us), to walking us through the entire process. The crew doing the install did a great job of tarping and picking up when they finished, not to mention, replacing quite a few rotten boards. I'd highly recommend them.

Great. Team. Goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They came out to check on their roof and make sure we were happy with everything.

We worked with Red Diamond after a hail storm last year. Mark was who we worked with, and he was extremely knowledgeable. We've never had a roof replaced or worked with insurance to get it done. He walked us through all the steps, explained how the money would be disbursed and the steps that would be taken through each process. We have solar panels on our roof, and they worked with the contractor that was required by our solar company to get things scheduled in the right order. They put in a ridge vent that was a nice option to get rid of the roof vents. They worked with several people on our street, and there were no complaints. Our next door neighbor chose someone else, and before his roof was done, the owner retired. I referred him to Red Diamond, and he was very happy with them as well.

UPDATE:
We were selling our house, and under contract. The inspection revealed some missing shingles and flashing. Even though the roof work was out of warranty (the shingles still are) - Red Diamond came out and fixed it for free for us. Can't recommend these guys enough!
